Received the wrong drinks through the drive-through came back inside to get the right drinks was speaking to a young lady that just stood there not saying anything to me two other ladies come over what’s wrong I said I’m speaking to this young lady and she’s not talking back to me. They both say oh she doesn’t speak English. She’s just the sandwich maker then one of the two ladies took my order again made it but what does an attitude I was like thank you I didn’t get no thank you the customer service sucks.

DeeDee (nickname of the girl working) was SO KIND! Very hospitable as well as the other girl working with her. I feel bad that her name has slipped my memory, but they both made a simple Dunkin run into a very pleasant experience. Good job ladies! (Visited around 6pm 2/24/26)

We ordered 1 ice coffee 1 ham croissant and 1 XL HOT CHOCOLATE! Look at the receipt and label it says 1 XL HOT CHOC. !! We ordered through uber eats this is not hot chocolate it’s just black coffee! I called and complained the girl on the other end said NO NO YOU IRDER LARGE DECAF I SAID NO, large hot chocolate
This is a disgusting Dunkin donuts BEWARE! I came through the drive thru window and while I was waiting on my order I was watching a staff member who WAS MAKING FOOD WITHOUT GLOVES, eating and sucking on her fingers. I told them to cancel the order because that truly is the most disgusting thing I've witnessed in a long time. Do not go here unless you want another human beings saliva on your food.

The staff is actually friendly helpful and always smiling. Food is always outstanding and fresh even the tea is perfect (like my wife) doesnt tastes old like many other locations. Nice clean and friendly Establishment. We drive out of our way to enjoy this one. Manager is outstanding. Highly recommend !
