Absolutely horrible service. By far one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to. They take on average 10 minutes to complete orders, are consistently burning or over cooking food and missing items from the orders. Do not recommend coming to this location.

I normally never have a problem with this place but today I came to get a quick breakfast and got a bacon, egg and cheese on croissant. I noticed the egg looked a little weird but I assumed it was really toasted or something. My gut told me to inspect my food as the food did not taste how it normally would and I saw that the egg was rotten. Most of the egg was literally green. When put at the light u can see the green inside the egg.

I go here regularly with my autistic son. I just have to say, the customer service is absolutely amazing. They are so patient with my son when we use it as a learning opportunity for him to use his language skills. They are excited with us when he succeeds. Just had to give the workers a shout out bc it really makes my day.
NO ICE NO WATER - GO TO STARBUCKS OR CHICK-FIL-A because they won’t even charge you.I stood in line for a good five minutes waiting for two people to serve everyone in the morning rush around 6:30 AM only to find out that they cannot sell two large cups of ice, nor can they sell two large cups of water because of “inventory purposes.” Absolutely ridiculous that a customer is willing to pay for ice, and you cannot sell it. There should be a button with a picture or something that has the word ice on it that will charge you for the plastic cup. The cup itself is probably worth $.10 so they could’ve charged $.50 or even a dollar, but this is really poor customer service.

I love it here the service is amazing and timely, and the staff is impeccable. Such welcoming people who work there. I get my matcha iced lattes there and donuts and they’re always made with care and love, the manager Sam is so kind and deserves a raise for how much he cares about his store. Love this dunkin!
