NO ICE NO WATER - GO TO STARBUCKS OR CHICK-FIL-A because they won’t even charge you.I stood in line for a good five minutes waiting for two people to serve everyone in the morning rush around 6:30 AM only to find out that they cannot sell two large cups of ice, nor can they sell two large cups of water because of “inventory purposes.” Absolutely ridiculous that a customer is willing to pay for ice, and you cannot sell it. There should be a button with a picture or something that has the word ice on it that will charge you for the plastic cup. The cup itself is probably worth $.10 so they could’ve charged $.50 or even a dollar, but this is really poor customer service.

I love it here the service is amazing and timely, and the staff is impeccable. Such welcoming people who work there. I get my matcha iced lattes there and donuts and they’re always made with care and love, the manager Sam is so kind and deserves a raise for how much he cares about his store. Love this dunkin!

The coffee and coffee roll were good as ever. However, the tables ALL the tables and floors were dirty. Had to wipe the table and chairs myself to sit with my husband and mom.Come on now, Duncan, you can do better.This from a loyal customer... first time at your place, Boca Hampton...
