Extremely disappointing experience at this Boca Dunkin’. The store looked rundown, and the tables were filthy and the furniture were damaged. The cashier didn’t take my order correctly, and the donuts were stale. I even asked if they were closing down soon because the place felt so neglected. Definitely not what I expect from Dunkin’. Feels like they have given up.

Worst location ! I rather drive out of my way than do this again. Breakfast sandwich doughy & undercooked. Chai latte was luke warm at best. Jelly donuts were stale. I definitely will not be back.

I went in around 4pm. The young lady was all by herself with 6 customers ordering a range of different items. She still had a great attitude, amazing service and was very apologetic about the wait. I don’t know her name but she deserves praises. And for whoever does the scheduling no employee should be left by themselves as someone who also works in food service. Thank you!

Amelia was great! If I liked Dunkin before, I love it now. I'll only be coming in to this location on weekdays when she's working mornings! Whatever she makes, She deserves a raise. She went above and beyond. Checked my order 3 times to ensure everything was there, fresh and ready. Also to mention, she's very detailed when explained the differences between certain coffees and refreshers. A raise or a promotion needs to be in this young ladies future! Great service!

there were a lot of people and Sara and Camila were the only ones working during a huge rush and they handled it very well and professionally. food and drinks came out as fast as possible, and they are trying their best. Kudos to them!!!

Very bad experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The person who served me was extremely aggressive and lacked proper customer service skills. It was a very unpleasant experience at this store, located on Glades and 441, in the same shopping plaza as Home Depot. Terrible customer service.

Good food and experience and the workers were nice, but some lady who appeared to be the manager had entered the store and gave me a rude look while I was eating. I’m not sure what caused this reaction from her but I think it’s completely unprofessional as I didn’t know who she was at first. I had felt uncomfortable after this and left shortly after.
Unorganized and staff having inappropriate conversations while many cutomers are in the store. I sat waiting for my order I placed ahead of time and it was sitting on the side counter forgotten about. Team more concerned about leaving and how much time they have left on their shifts.

This is a late post review. I was here last week . But because I get the loaded hash browns and I want to show THIS location what their loaded hash browns should look like. I order two for me and my partner and neither had enough queso. It was enough for TWO hash browns. It was very upsetting .. and I was looking forward for my partner to try it for the first time . The pictures below I got those in another location and it’s my go to DD here in Coral Springs off wiles , they ALWAYS make it right. Your loaded hash browns should be layered with queso and not just one small squirt/spoon full of queso. That’s the point of the loaded hash browns … is to get the queso…. But there was no queso 🤣 If you’re not gunna layer it at least give a lot on the top.
