Dunkin coffee and do uts were great as always. The service was slow, disorganized and rude. I will never visit this particular Dunkin again. Highly suggest going to the on the corner of 441 and Yamato Rd instead.

One of the best Dunkin’s I’ve been to, Hannah was very nice and explained to me the different drinks and lattes I could get. When I got my drink though Gabi handed it out to me with a warm smile. I was appalled on how amazing a Dunkin can be. Definitely coming back.

If I could give a zero stars I would. I went to dunkin to order a dozen donuts... unfortunately majority of what I wanted was unavailable. I asked do you have strawberry frosted donuts? Yes. With no sprinkles please? No. When do you have them with no sprinkles? We don't. Ever? No.Wow this is the first Dunkin' Donuts that never makes strawberry frosted donuts with no sprinkles. The attitude that I received in response to my asking was always rude. So no dozen donuts for us at work today. Struggled to find the price on the menu board for donut holes... cashier explained that "you can get how ever many, even one.." When I said I'm not sure because I don't know how much they are or how many comes. Proceeds to look at the menu which only showed drinks. The cashier stated that I wouldn't find donut holes on the menu. (Which is ridiculously inconvenient.) So i explained that I am looking at the menu to pick my drink... ordered it. When i asked how do they come he said how ever i would like. (Again) When i explained I'm feeding 5 ppl. He then listed 10,20,30... WOW! Was that super difficult? I ordered 30. The energy in this store is something to avoid at all cost.
