This location has gone downhill ever since the remodel. I went in to get an egg sandwich this morning, and they served it to me ice cold. I don’t expect that of somebody that just charged me seven dollars for a sandwich.

I visit a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts locations, and to be honest, not every experience has been great—but this one absolutely blew me away. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Chuck, who is an outstanding employee and a genuinely kind person. He welcomed me with a big smile, asked how I was doing, and made me feel like a valued customer right away.
This location is spotless, fast, convenient, and always friendly. Even during busy times, the team handles the rush with professionalism and a positive attitude. I’ve been here several times, and it’s consistently excellent.

I ordered online, and waited over 20 minutes for my food. I never had to wait this long for food at any dunkin location. The staff that is working right now are the slowest employees I have ever seen. I only ordered a coffee, loaded hash browns and a wrap. Then come to find out they didn't even make it and they don't know what happened. Everyone that is working right now are not competent enough to be working at a place like this.

The workers here are actually the worse , I ordered and purchased two sandwiches and a donut and they made the sandwich’s completely wrong and forgot my donut I had to go up and ask . He also took about 30 mins in a completely empty store to make this . I ordered a bacon egg on a sourdough and I got a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, I put no cheese because I have an allergy and still got it , then ordered a wake up wrap and got another bacon egg and cheese on a croissant . Whoever was working 5/30 around 12 should be fired.

Third time I’ve ordered and paid for lemonade refresher for my kids through the app only to be told when I get to the window that there is no lemonade. Why can I order it on the app if you can’t make it? Then I can’t get my money back to cancel the order unless I make a case through the app? I need to stop ordering from this location.

I order twice a week with the app when arriving. Every time, my sausage egg and cheese croissant is light warm... Not hot. The hash browns are cold. I know they prepare in advance the cooked products (??) .. they could keep them hot! Frustrating.
