I order twice a week with the app when arriving. Every time, my sausage egg and cheese croissant is light warm... Not hot. The hash browns are cold. I know they prepare in advance the cooked products (??) .. they could keep them hot! Frustrating.

I'm an Uber driver and every time I go to pick up in order from here. Not only is it never ready. But they refuse with attitude to complete my delivery order and insist on taking everyone's walk in orders. I stood there for 20 minutes for one ice coffee. Management was rude, and you need to have your orders organized. I will not return.

I've been coming here since I was a kid and they opened that plaza. I just want to say I guess they got a new owner. Is the renovations are nice. But the place is going downhill. Is nobody in their nose what they're doing. Is they got rid of all the old people. The place was practically empty. And everybody who walked in whether there was a mobile order or they were order was wrong. No place to grab napkins and when I ask the guy for napkins he just looked at me like he actually had a work. I rarely complain any of my reviews. But they need to step up or they're not gonna make it there.

I frequently go to this location and it’s very inconsistent when it comes to the drinks & orders being properly made. I usually get a cold brew and sometimes it’s iced coffee. I ordered a caramel signature latte and it taste like water so I had to add in my own caramel, sugar, and creamer at home. I hope that with the new renovations everything else will improve in the future.
