this is the best dunkin ever HANDS DOWN. the staff is always so welcoming, cares about their customers, and not to mention are the only dunkin in the area that knows how to perfectly craft the shaken espressos. i work at starbucks and i clock out of my shift and drive straight to this dunkin just because it makes me so happy. palmetto dunkin you’ll forever be famous to me 🙏🏼🥳 thank you guys <3

this location is terrible. they slapped a slide of cheese on my bagle without even melting it and then yelled at me saying it was melted. rude service and terrible workers , looks like their first day on the job. never again. save urself

Honestly, I absolutely love this Dunkin’ Donuts location! Brenda and her team are truly incredible. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and always know how to treat customers the right way. As a regular drive-thru customer, I’ve seen firsthand how some people can be rude or disrespectful, yet Brenda and her team always handle every situation with professionalism, patience, and positivity. It is not easy to deal with people and their different personalities on a daily basis, especially early in the morning, but this team manages it with a smile. Their positive energy and commitment shine through every visit, and it makes such a difference. I truly thank them for the outstanding service they provide day after day. This team deserves more than 5 stars!
Worst dunkin place. Order is never what you order. Once more today. I place a drive thru online order. Included 2 avocado toast. First they did not give it to me. When I ask for it. She told me that it was not in my order. Then she ask to see the receipt. That is when she realized that it was there. When I got home, there were no bacon while the receipt on the box clearly mentions bacon.

This location most often gets the order wrong, so best to go elsewhere if you don't want to be disappointed. I ordered a sandwich that is supposed to be on an english muffin that they gave with a bagel, and ordered the white cheddar cheese and came with the gross American instead. This has happened to me more often than not here, so I have been there for the final time.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall great experience. Definitely a solid go-to spot for your coffee and snack fix!
