I came in on Friday at 10 o’clock and the lady running the drive through welcomed me with a ‘Happy Friday!’ When I got to the window she handed me my food instantly and exclaimed ‘Happy Friyay!’ Great service.

It’s sad to see but this place has gotten worse by the day. Jay you should really take a stand and run the place as it should be. You’ve lost a customer for life. I wish you all the best. Tell the little boy who like to have the long pink nails to clip them as he scratched me while attempting to hand me my order. Look presentable like an employee of an organized establishment.

All I am asking for is fresh coffee. In town visiting family. Decided to get a coffee here..taste like it's been sitting since yesterday...absolutely disgusting. I have fresher coffee at cumberlands and pay way less for it. Other DD location I'm not sure but this one coffee taste like ?

I don’t understand why they would put donuts with frosting on top of each other in a bag and give this to a customer. For the price of each one, maybe you should think of a better way to pack them. This is ridiculous!!
Dirty place and terrible stuff !I don’t want to sound bad person BUT since people fromIndia start work here this place sucks !They don’t want you to go at the register only use the mobile app and when you asked about who works they don’t know nothing about !So frustrating situation

This Dunkin Donuts has the worst management! Anyone who knows me knows how much coffee and espresso I drink and am willing to pay a lot of money for it And i do was paying $12 for a cup of espresso with no complaints. Today the manager tried to charge me $24 for a cup of espresso!! She feels this is Boca people can afford it!! What???Stay away from this store!!

Horrible location stay away just go to Glades. Owners family sits on counters and they only make the bare minimum. Most popular items are always out of stock doesn't matter the time of day. The atmosphere is horrible doesn't line up with the area at all. I
Girl at the window in the drive thru was SO NICE! Made our morning for sure. Super quick and easy. 10/10 recommend!!!!
