Absolutely one of the best Dunkin locations i ever went to. That place is always clean, workers are so friendly and welcoming, two of them deserve special attention Rob & Melisa , 100% percent priceless employees, I wish every business have workers like Rob & Melisa. That’s perfect example of successful business with right people working in there. I would hire them with no hesitation . There was a little miscommunication with my order I received but everything was taken care of after a quick phone call. Customer service was outstanding and I was very well taken care of. This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They are so slow! Don’t bother ordering ahead. In fact you might be waiting longer. A lot of the staff is rude and are in no rush at all to get your food/drinks out.
I have to say, every time I go into Dunkin, Mauricio always gets my order right and is so Nice and kind .I love this location, staff is so friendly. And this is one of the nicest stores! Definitely recommend!

This store is very poorly operated and probably has been for a while. No one seems to know what their responsibilities are just from seeing crew members running back and forth in a state of confusion. Today customers came in after I ordered and left before me with their orders ( I only ordered a double espresso)! Turns out my espresso was sitting there without ever hearing my # called even though I was standing right next to the counter. Likely an employee just set it down and could care less if or when I get my drink. They have a lot of room for improvement.

Usually, this place is fine but there's always some moron who can't do their job. I get it you work minimum wage but like you have to be on drugs to get a Dunkin order wrong. They still have the audacity to staple the receipt on the bag while nothing we ordered is in the bag. Are they trying to be funny? I don't know but they won't answer the phone. Maybe it's a good thing because I can't stand stupid lazy people.
