They got some new staff recently and customer service has improved a lot ! Drive thru can finally run smoothly and in a timely manner, great job to whoever the manager is.

Stay away from this dunkin donuts the staff cashiers and the lady manager today in the morning was extremely rude I asked for skim milk the store didn't have she proceeded to make my coffee adding regular milk I ask for a refund because I can't drink regular milk she was extremely rude along with the cashiers just because you don't have skim milk don't try to make a customer drink something that will harm them i will report this store to corporate and report her do better and treat customers with respect!!!!

I ordered a half dozen donuts with Kreme filling. Almost no filling in any of them. The phone numbers for customer service and the location I bought them at do not answer the phone. E-mail does not work. No customer chat. What a scam.

I stop by Dunkin weekly, but today was my first visit to this new location — and I have to give a big shoutout to Jonathan!
He was genuinely friendly and welcoming, going out of his way to make everyone feel valued. It’s rare these days to meet someone who greets you with such kindness and energy. Coming here didn’t feel like being “just another customer” — Jonathan made it feel personal, like you actually matter.
To whoever hired him, hats off to you. If more businesses had employees like Jonathan, they’d see happier customers and a lot more success

Julia is the worst worker here. She is very rude! She sometimes scream at people for no reason. Fire her! Mauricio and Jeff are the best workers and always kind but Julia is very mean and not nice.
The counter help truly needs help. Not one attentive person at the counter. One counter staff is all over the place and RUDE beyond my comprehension; no eye contact, almost ignored. (I do get my order.) The other counter people appear to be drifting along, not polite or good customer service. (I still get my order thanks to the guys in the kitchen area-THEY are nice and polite.) Can someone please review good customer service with the current counter staff?
