Let's bring back customer service. The lady at the front was nice and she did apologize for me having to wait. But there's another worker who sees me standing by the online order pick up, she doesn't say anything to me at all and it's literally lady at the front that's helping everyone else that had to come and assist me because the other worker there doesn't know how to greet people and check to see what they may need assistance with.

Absolutely TRASH and RUDE RUDE RUDE service from a wholly unprofessional, and inhospitable staff I was at the counter for 5 minutes while the cashier kept walking to and from the register I ordered muchkins and asked for cups of butter for a bagel I had munchkins, stale, you ask for some utensils and condiments after ordering something and they tell I have to go pay for utensils and condiments in a rude fashion legitimately screw this place

The Black tall Haitian employee is so rude and disgusting!!! He was using his phone as he was taking my order which caused him to mess both of my sandwiches up! after checking my sandwiches and seeing that they were BOTH wrong .. Don't bother going to his Dunkin. Coffee was terrible. I asked for a regular coffee and was told by the attendant that its not to hot. He pointed to a microwave at the convenient store that's attached to it and said I can go warm it up there! Donuts were stale also. Place smells bad and pretty run down. Would give it negative stars if it existed.

I love Dunkin. Great location. The staff have to deal with a lot of crazy fussy rude entitled customers though, I love the free donut Wednesdays 🍩🍩. and the $6 breakfast. Service very good and friendly. I took away one star for atmosphere the chairs are not very comfortable and there were straw wrappers on the ground around the trash can. I guess most people grab an go. Also it's a quiet location so I like to do my work there. ☕

This Dunkin should be closed of if I was a health inspector I would shut it down in the moment every time I go they are on the phone today I placed an online order and I wanted to order something else and right in front of me the lady who refuse to give me her name answer the phone and walk away while she was taking my order so I said take your phone call because clearly they don’t care so many health code violations and this place should not be open
