Literally the biggest joke Dunkin Donuts ive ever ordered Uber Eats from. Every single order is completely screwed up, unmelted cheese, barely toasted bread, stale eggs.
Not to mention they appear to have sent me a donut somebody may have taken a bite out of, not to mention, its not even the correct donut as it always is never the correct donut.
And Old Fashion is what ever Pumpkin Glazed garbage bitten out of donut they sent me.
Seriously, fire who ever managed this placr snd get somebody that csn do the bare minimum of checking an order before it leaves because clearly whom ever is there can not or doesnt care.

I only go to Dunkin around Halloween for the pumpkin donuts. Most dunkins are out of them by 10am. This Dunkin had a bunch. Yummy. My new favorite Dunkin.

Absolute worst experience ever! Order using the kiosk only to then be told they have nothing from what we ordered. I asked for a refund to which they continued saying just have this do this instead. I explained that I did not want any of that and wanted my money back and was told they can’t do that. They told me come back tomorrow you can have it then. I will never eat here again and truly warn anyone not to waste your money for such horrible service! Ridiculous that I was argued with over getting my money back when I was not receiving what I ordered and paid for!

Just got the worst Dunkin donuts I ever got in my life. The food was so horrible looking and of bad quality I ended up throwing it out I didn't even take one bite. The bread wasn't toasted they just slapped it together and it had hair in it. Waste of money
Even worse the customer service was horrible. The lady didn't even want to give me a bag when I asked for one.

Avoid this location I’ve given them chance after chance today I went cause I pick my lunch up at Jersey Mike’s so it’s convenient I always do a mobile order they seem to not know what that is I would up waiting for over 10 minutes for only a coffee, mind you I ordered it over 10 minutes ago before arriving to get my coffee when I got there I had people coming in to the normal line and leaving before I received my coffee finally someone behind the counter said was I waiting for a coffee I said seriously why would I be standing here like an idiot I finally got my coffee 20 minutes later I will never return to this location just very poorly managed and no customer service I said thank you and got no response back!!

One of the best Dunkin's you will find. Coffee and donuts are always super fresh and ample size. Service personnel are extremely friendly and helpful.

Pretty disappointing and from the other reviews. This is not a good look for this location. Today at 10am 6/15/24 I return a coffee that was made. For some reason a small Ice coffee cream and sugar is very hard to make. They gave me a coffee that tasted burnt and only had cream. When I went into the store and ask if they could remake the coffee and I explained why. She pointed to the door and said sugar is over there and basically told me she wasn’t going to make another coffee. I explained to here that I order the same thing every day and this always happens its easy fix. I also explained that I spend 5-10 dollars a day at DD 365 days a year and this adds up. She didn't care. Well maybe the franchise store owner will care because they are not in the business for free. This location is in a major area and very busy location. Why am I writing this review. So hopefully you will read this and choose to go to a different location. On Yamato. I should have taking the coffee to the Florida department of Health because of how bad it was and tasted like actual dirt. This happens at another location I frequent a lot. The difference is they actually take responsibility and say hey no problem let me make you a new one. Not this location. Just be aware of this location and the employees that work there. I definitely will never go to this location next to my residence and will go out of my way to a better location. Buyer beware!!! This location receives an F- for service and an F- for the product.

My 17 year old daughter stopped after school to pick up coffee for her and her friends before going to the library to study. She used the kiosk to order. After waiting the employees said they did not get an order. She showed them that her card had been charged. They could not find her order so called the general manager. They went back and forth for over 30 minutes to figure out her order. She asked if she could just get her money back but nobody knew how to do it. She then had to repeat the entire order. The general manager was not present so she was using the employees phone to call the manager. They did not have some of the items. Insane and so annoying. It took over 45 minutes to get a simple order.
