Showed up after putting an order in online and they were closed . I told them to cancel my order, but she would not even come to the door she just held up the number six with her hands. I tried explaining what was going on.And she just pointed to the clock. The app let me put in an order while the store was closed and they would not refund me or even talk to me.They would just point to the clock with another half an hour to go. Extremely rude.I even tried to tell them, but they didn't understand english.This is completely ridiculous.I am now out of my money, And I cant even get it back

Employees are rude. They “act” like they don’t see you, and when you say “Excuse me!..” - they reply: “Can’t you see I’m doing something? I’m busy!”.. they move slow and when I asked about a price for one of the items at the counter (book) they said: “I don’t know”. Had to leave.

We’d really like to reach out to the owner of this business. We’re regular customers — our child absolutely loves your sweets — but we’ve had ongoing issues with the staff. It honestly feels like they’re doing everything possible to make customers not want to come back. Their attitude is careless, and they always seem unhappy to be there.
It’s disappointing, because the products are great, but the service ruins the experience every time.

Everything was great...but not feeling the price for the loaded hash browns.. That's crazy...make the price or the quantity make since with each other, people will go crazy for it...it's very good and fresh 👌🏾... The WRAP....it's ok..I can see myself eating it twice a week

From out of town and I drive past two to come to this one! They are so nice and friendly! They’re quick and you can tell their customers love them and come on a regular basis!

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. There were two females working and they were both rude. Speaking to each other in another language. I asked multiple times for specific donuts for my dozen donuts. She just completely ignored me and put in whatever she wanted. Not to have a confrontation. I took my donuts and I left. Will never go back to that Dunkin’ Donuts again
