Maybe my fault asking for fresh cream in a cup like I’ve gotten 50 times before when ordering box of Joe. The small packet containers don’t have the same Dunkin’ taste and are stale. They didn’t really say no. Handed me a cup without a holder with a top that wasn’t secured. The cup spilled ruining the box and the 2 side orders. I came back in calm no attitude and was told I would have to buy again because they spoke to the owner. If they spoke to the owner he needs to better train his staff on how to handle the situation as there is a good resolution. If they didn’t then they lied. The resolution is to call Dunkin with the order number and they will refund the order. I had to repurchase anyway which I did at a different Dunkin. So if the owner or management is reading this just tell the disgruntled customer to call the 800 number instead of being foolish.

They engage so well with their customers - old and new!! You can tell- 1 visit to ARIEL & DAKOTA and you’ll WANT to be their REGULARS!!! God bless them!!! We have a date in 2 days!! Same STATION!! I ordered curbside Dunkin yesterday. It was an iced coffee and munchkins. Waited close to 15 minutes then finally dragged my 2 year old and 3 year old in and complained. They said it’s raining out we don’t have to go outside. I don’t see that as a policy anywhere. There also was only 1 other customer in the store so not busy at all. The 1 parking spot for curbside pick up is right in front of the store. There is also a covering right outside the door so someone could have said something from the door to let me know this. Also it was drizzling out barely raining. Very disappointed in yesterday’s experience. Nobody there cared how difficult it was to drag two kids in and if curbside wasn’t an option I would have never ordered there and looking for somewhere else that had drive through of curbside. I will never step foot in this Dunkin again, disappointed.
find another Dunkin Ordered a smores cold brew after 15 minutes and 2 wrong drinks later they they still messed up my smores cold brew but tried blame the mistake on me I ordered a smores cols brew they kept giving me a reg cold brew then in end did not give me the crunchies on top sp annoying very incompetent I had to walk out w a coffee that was nor corrected

They didn’t have the food I wanted so I left while paying for something I didn’t get. Also the person making my drink had no gloves on and used a spoon out of a cup to stir that looks like it hadn’t been washed in ages. I went in and it smelled AWFUL as well. This is a terrible place never go.
