This location is a bit inconsistent in service & quality. During a very busy morning rush they have a person with a lack of training trying to navigate the register without success & then being pretty nasty because she was frustrated. My drink order is great one day & horrible the next. My breakfast sandwich was incorrect & during my most recent visit the jelly donuts were stale. No excuse!

The slowest moving/operating dunkin ever. It would have been faster if i flew to south America and roasted the beans myself. I stood in line twenty minutes and had three customers in front of me leave due to the snails pace. They never greet you here or say, sorry we are backed up a little please be patient. I wont ever stop again.

That Sucks

Terrible. Have been ordering and going here for years. Unfortunately, the extremely disrespectful young man working behind the counter has lost this store a customer. While this is a fast food entry level job, there should still be some level of professionalism and respect towards customers. Had this boy ( because he acted like an immature 9 year old) acted respectfully and nicely to me there would have been no issue. But instead he was rude and thought it was funny. Hope he learns because if he continues with the attitude he has now he won’t amount to much in life.

The server at this Duncan’s did not provide me a receipt. I walked in the store at 6:40 AM and did not walk out of the store until 7:40 AM. Waited 20 minutes to get a coffee and a doughnut. Several people inside the store she just yelled out the coffee. How am I supposed to know who ordered a medium coffee. And then when I asked her about the coffee, she said I called Dr. coffee and that I should be responsible for my own food. I found that very disrespectful who or how am I supposed to know who Ordered that medium coffee and a doughnut. Then the doughnut I received was a glazed donut when I asked for a chocolate glazed. She was not helpful and was very unpleasant. I let her know that I will not be back in the store. I also let her know that I’m not a mind reader

This location is cheap, to charge for an ice water when a customer orders coffee and food is stupid. Charge someone who doesn't order anything, that's understandable. But not a paying customer. If Starbucks doesn't charge for water, then neither should you. These cheap franchise owners need to wake up.

Never ordering from this location again, I have been going to this location for many years. Today my daughter ordered two 6 piece hashbrowns and noticed that there was only one bag of hashbrowns in the bag. She went back to say that he only gave one order, but he said that he put all 12 in one small bag, which would have been almost acceptable in this situation except that they were all mushed together in a ball. totally disgusting and inedible. There would've been no problem if he would have done the right thing and just given her at least one new 6 piece and call it a day, keeping a customer happy (easily).
