Was charged for a tip I didnt authorize to which the manager then started to belittle me. Never go to this restaurant unless you want to pay more than you authorize
I ordered ahead on Uber Eats 24 minutes before arriving, and the app clearly said my food was ready. When I got there, the order hadn’t even been started. There were only two workers, and it took a long time just to be acknowledged.
What’s most frustrating is that they only began making my food after I arrived, treating it like a walk-in order instead of an online one—completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. I was on a time crunch and ended up being late for work.
The service was extremely unprofessional, the food quality was not up to par, and the experience overall was disappointing. If the store can’t handle online orders, they shouldn’t accept them. I won’t be returning.

Ordered take out for my wife and I and found Mold on my Turkey Bacon avocado sandwich. Do not eat here, and if you do check your food! I will be reporting this to the health department.

I had a great experience at this Einstein’s location! My order was timely and delicious. Wisline has a heart of gold. You can tell that she cares about the customers and about the business
