I really feel that this place serves no purpose on FAU campus. It serves mediocre food at best and competes to sell coffee with Starbucks. What would be better is to remove this place and replace it with something that is going to be more desired by the student populace.

Terrible location..this used to be a decent location but post covid it's absolutely awful. I ordered a lox bagel plain toasted and a all-nighter with cheesy hasbrown bagel...mind you there were no substitutions since these 2 bagels come as I requested, that's how they show in the pictures, and how they will come unless a modification is selected..I ordered a very simple order (no drinks even)..Ubereats shows up, I open my bag....and the lox sandwich is on a cheesy hashbrown bagel....and the other bagel (the allnighter) is on a plain bagel but upon further inspection it's actually NOT EVEN THE RIGHT BAGEL..its someone else's cheese n bacon bagel.....im perplexed as to how such a simple order could be so utterly wrong..This is sad, like I'm sad for the management team and the employees who take such little pride nor have work ethic...or simply don't care about a darn thing.Corporate handle your job and go assist your locations, I'm blaming you because the poop runs downhill..it starts at the top.Do not waste your time here, so many better options have emerged..

I think people have too high expectations for a campus location. Some days are good, some are less than ideal, but I've never had any serious issues with staff here. They're straightforward but not unfriendly/outright rude. Like literally any chain experience, you'll get the occassionally new hire who just doesn't know what to do. It's to be expected.
I'm not sure what they're doing with their lox (smoked salmon), but this was the Nova Lox I ordered from this location today, and it was nasty.

they called the cops on a Senior Lady for not wearing a mask. No need to be that draconian, there was plenty of space -she was doing social distancing. Do not go there
