The food was perfect, however, I did a mobile order, free coffee was missing from my order, woman at the counter began interigating me, I showed her my order on my phone and gave my phone number,she began accusing me of giving a fake number as my teenage son stood with our mobil order she said I had to pay for the coffee, she walked from behind the counter and continued harassing me about my phone numbers, asking if my husband put two numbers in the system? Was a crazy encounter as a divorced woman trying to get a bagel and coffee order I am uphauled that people like her work in the service industry! Free coffee is a scam.

They give absolutely no cream cheese!!!!!!! And to get an “appropriate amount” which mean any at all its is almost $2 extra!!! That means it’s $6 for one bagel with cream cheese!

Staff was amazing, very polite and nice. Didn't rush me to get my order and could take my time to decide what I wanted to eat. Maybe a bit pricey for a bagel with cream cheese, Maplehouse sandwich, a coffee and a water $25, at least the food had a good flavor and the atmosphere was very cozy. However for that price maybe it will take me a bit longer than anticipated to go back.
