We went here for the first time on Saturday. We ordered a dozen bagels for a breakfast event. I must say, the bagels are not fresh. They tasted like the day old ones you get at a discount at a store. They were hard and nasty. It was embarrassing to serve these to family and friends. I will not be returning here ever!

the bagels are always great. I can't say much good about the loyalty program. We were supposed to get 6+2 free bagels but when we got to the counter the clerk was not able to help us collect on the free bagels and we ended up paying for 6 bagels, juice, and cream cheese. Not very good. We went to Einstein instead of Toojay's. Next time we will just stay at Toojay's.
