Embarcadero 41 Ceviche & Rolls

This place was absolutely amazing! From our server to the food just the whole experience was great! The food was beyond delicious every bite of everything on the table was just perfect

We had our normal excellent dinner at Embarcadero 41 Ceviche introducing some friends to one of our favorite restaurants. They really enjoyed it also. But the clincher was the after-dinner event.... We finished and were wandering around in the outside area for a few minutes AND one of the waitresses came running up to us to give us a Ring that had fallen out of my pocket and into a seat cushion. The Ring was a family heirloom my father had gotten, in the Pacific, during World War II. Words are Really not enough. So GREAT FOOD and real HONESTY of the Staff. Kudos to all !!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would say is that the air was blowing really hard over our table from above

I honestly was blown away by the true Peruvian flavors that all the dishes offered. Chef Jose is truly an artist. I also cannot speak highly enough of our waiter, Jose who was such a joy and so knowledgeable of the menu.

Im Peruvian and came here on vacation from NY and wasn’t expecting much. I was completely blown away by the authenticity of Peruvian flavors in a fusion cuisine. Chef Jose is world renowned chef from Peru and you can tell from the flavors in each dish. The La Huancaina risotto was something I’ve never experienced before. Highly recommend as well as the Ceviche and Causa. Closest thing to having Peruvian food in Lima outside of actually flying to Peru. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town.

Love this place and the food was amaizing , I recomend pulpo anticuchero delicious, Service by Jose was also excelent.

As experienced in the past several visits, the food was outstanding. Service was excellent as well sitting at the bar. One of my favorite South Florida restaurants.

We had friends invite us there a few weeks ago and we loved it so much, we went back yesterday. The decor is very upscale in a modern style and not at all overdone. The outside dining area is very inviting. The food is wonderful. I can't rave enough about the grilled octopus. The Peruvian corn is delicious. The beef was prepared exactly as asked and was tender and delicious. Can't wait to go back again!

Our waiter was most attentive and explained everything so well. My scallops although smaller than the last time I ordered were done beautifully. The cocktail drinks were delicious!! Always had a great meal here!

New found favorite restaurant 4th visit in 5 weeks!! Love the food , different (Peruvian) courses and sauces Service ( Mattias) was excellent again We did lunch this time (Sunday) , not rushed out. White sangria was very good
