We had our normal excellent dinner at Embarcadero 41 Ceviche introducing some friends to one of our favorite restaurants. They really enjoyed it also. But the clincher was the after-dinner event.... We finished and were wandering around in the outside area for a few minutes AND one of the waitresses came running up to us to give us a Ring that had fallen out of my pocket and into a seat cushion. The Ring was a family heirloom my father had gotten, in the Pacific, during World...

I honestly was blown away by the true Peruvian flavors that all the dishes offered. Chef Jose is truly an artist. I also cannot speak highly enough of our waiter, Jose who was such a joy and so knowledgeable of the menu.
