Mostly kosher products. Not all products are kosher. Prices are competitive with other kosher markets in the area. Staff is pleasant. Just not a tremendous selection.
Wonderful selection. Very helpful staff.
First time that I shop there. Seems very well stocked with decent prices.
Very happy with this local hidden gem. The frozen soups, and blintzes are very good. Also have great potato pancakes.

It's very sad when a small convenience store in your hometown is rude to you as a customer overcharges for product and has no respect whatsoever it's very sad

I’ve lived a few blocks from this place for over 10 years and I just now finally got to run in here and see what they have.I was surprised on how big it was, for some reason from the outside I would have thought is was much small inside….They do have a decent amount of items like Pasta, Crackers, Butters, Bagels, Candy, Soups and more. Most of the items seem to be more of a kosher basis. Like Huge row of Motza Crackers and Specialty’s for the Jewish Holidays and meals. My fav items here have become the Salt & Pepper Motza Crackers and their 6 Pack of fresh bagels, which has the best price, and the bagels are huge! Not to mention the lady who is at the register is always so nice to us and is always thankful that we were masks ? in the store. They also have a huge counter in the back where they make fresh salads and sandwiches and even have some hot items too!Overall I will keep going here to get certain items because the price is good and the friendly service makes all the difference!
First time visit, had the things we were looking for, plus others that I will go back for. It was later on a Sunday so not sure how busy they get on average, but not sure how fresh their stuff is? How much turnover they have? This is predominantly a Jewish food market, not sure if operated by Jewish folks? Not a restaurant.

At least once a week I go to this establishment, primarily for the deli section, although I also buy other products. Usually there are two servers behind the deli counter. One of them refuses to wear his mask over his nose and mouth, but rather below his chin. When asked to put it on properly he says it’s not mandated. So I ask for the other server. Today, unfortunately, he was the only person behind the counter, without any mask at all. When I asked if there was anyone else who could help me the answer was no. So I walked out. There are a number of items that I prefer to get there, even though some items are not inexpensive, but I refuse to have someone breathing on my food (Covid isn’t over!) and will not shop there unless there is someone to serve me who wears a mask. Too bad because I tell everyone how much I like to go there. Looking for another place.

Famous deli is the neatest, cleanest and most fairly priced deli around. Very large selection of kosher foods & other favorites. Wonderful holiday platters as well.
Disgusting to place must of there items there expired, high prices. This place needs to be reported to health department.
2 weeks ago I bought several items from the deli area including a small jar of Acme herring in cream sauce. When I opened the jar it had oily residue and tasted funky. After carefully looking at the jar lid, it had an expiration date of JUN 1 2021.Today is Aug 2, 2021.I spoke to someone and he said without the receipt he could not give me credit and refused to take it back. I only had one charge in July from the Famous Deli and would not accept that as proof!I did not keep the receipt for a couple of deli items. He said I must have bought the jar a long time ago. FALSE!The $4.99 was not going to break me but now it's the principle! What lousy customer service they have.
