I’ve had undercooked food on multiple occasions from this dining hall, and the food quality otherwise is constantly on the edge of barely edible. Workers are nice, but barely speak english and there is constant confusion on how much food you are given, which food you are given, etc. I paid for my swipes so I will continue to use them, but I’m getting sick of having to throw away entire burgers, chicken, uncooked pasta, gross meatballs, etc., as well as closing earlier then posted times.

I wish There was a zero stars option. I am A student at FAU and after paying thousands of dollars for a meal plan, it is nothing short of awful and a waste. Living on campus, there is a obligation to these food works to fuel the lives of these students, especially ones from out of state, as they rely on this to keep themselves fed. The workers employed are almost all extremely rude, unenthusiastic and downright lazy. Some pf their only jobs is to scoop insanely mediocre to poor food (riddled with hair, packaging stickers left, plastic, and other unsanitary additions) onto your plate, and they cannot even offer a smile. Instead they yell at you, are rude and inconsiderate, give hilariously small portions, and are clearly terribly managed. The system for 18-20 year olds having to yell through two barriers in order for someone to lazily and slowly serve food that could be easily grabbed and moved on from, cooperates terribly with the fact that there is 30,000 plus students that eat there. The lines are around the building and there are two buffoons slowly delivering your daily option of burger or hotdog, while the rest of the staff meanders around waiting for someone to come change their career. Cant imagine a higher nightmare for University level food. Truly embarrassing
