Firehouse Subs 5th Ave Shoppes

Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Had about a 5 minute conversation trying to put in an order and they still got it wrong. Seems like the cashier couldn’t care less about the quality of the service. Has to be the single biggest let down of my entire eating career. Please save yourself some misery and go to Publix in the same plaza. Miserable employees miserable excuse for a sandwich. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Really upset about this experience.

This was the absolute worst sandwich I have ever had. There was so much mayo that the sandwich became incredibly soggy—I almost thought it was soup instead. The cheese stuck to the paper, and when I tried to pull the sandwich out, it fell apart completely.

Waiting over 25 minutes for sandwich when you’re not busy is ridiculous

I can never understand why or how it always takes forever to get a sandwich at this place... Seems like they care more about online orders than those in the store ordering...

Dude I haven't been here in years because of a bad experience. This restaurant changed everything. It felt like love. The bread was soft it made the food melt into my mouth. I'll be back tomorrow.
