I eat here 5 times per week and spend a lot of money at this location. But I hate coming here during the weekends. The three Indian women make the experience hell. They are always fighting over coupons with me. Lying to me about the promotions non-stop. Never say "hello." It's miserable. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Update: I have spoken to the manager and he spoke to the owner. They assured me that the customer should expect friendliness and politeness. Also, my experience on weekdays is very positive and enjoyable. I'll just avoid this store on weekends.

I absolutely love this Fire House Subs location! Every time I visit, I’m impressed by the consistently delicious sandwiches and the wide variety on the menu. Whether I’m in the mood for something classic or a bit more adventurous, they always have the perfect option. The ingredients are always fresh, the bread perfectly toasted, and the portions generous. The staff here is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit a delightful experience. It’s clear they put a lot of love and attention into every order. Hands down, this is the best sandwich spot around!

Kid-friendliness: You have people working there that don’t even speak English you should rehire the staff they are rude not nice very foreign and no command of the English language

I ordered the Parmesan meatball sub and it was just ok. It tasted like frozen prepared food and the Parmesan cheese tasted artificial. I could only take a few bites of the already small sub. Threw out- would not order again and would not recommend !

Terrible experience , horrible attitude from the 4 women on the shift at 6:30 pm on Saturday February 17- 2024.The food was not good either, the rude attitude from the staff makes you not wanting to come back, a shame because we used to love this location and FireHouse has great subs, hope something is done about this , this hurts the franchise. The previous staff were friendly and subs were really good.

This sandwich place had horrible service. We used a coupon towards the purchase. I don’t have any idea why this company gives out coupons in the first place for customers to use, if the workers are going to have a bad attitude when we use it. Bad advertising!! Will Never come back. Super unfriendly and impatient when we were trying to order.

The staff was unfriendly and had a terrible attitude. They called out our name but when we went to get the food they kept trying to give it to the couple who arrived after us. Would not recommend this location.
