Ordered online today and when I arrived today with a car seat in hand I saw a server standing by the door thinking she would open the door. She looked at me as I opened the door and did not greet me. I then went to grab my online order which consisted of TWO bags and a drink. As I went to leave with now TWO bags a drink and a car seat the hostess still did not assist me in opening the door. My honey chipotle hash was amazing, drink was as well but the donuts I ordered were burnt. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I have eaten in several First Watch restaurants throughout FL.....The decor is unique and the menu is terrific no matter which location your try !! They have the BEST breakfast ....so many choices and you always feel like you've eaten a very healthy breakfast without even trying !! I make it a point to search out the closest First Watch on any visit to FL !!

Hello, on August 20th at 12:01pm my mother and I sat down and expected someone to come up and serve us in a reasonable timely manner. We waited about 15 minutes and no one came to help us or even give us water. An old man sat down right next to us and got served instantly and they even accompanied to him according because he complained about his coffee and they got him a new one right away. I would understand if it was busy the time it took for someone to help us, but it was pretty dead and the server we saw help the man was on her phone and didn’t even make eye contact with us. 5 more minutes pasted and it 12:20 STILL haven’t been served or even helped so we just left, very disappointed and unpleased.
