First time ordering from here. Ordered from takeout and ordered six bagels for my office, plus a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. It was honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The egg, bacon, and cheese were perfectly balanced. I usually ask for extra cheese, but this already came with two slices, perfectly melted. The sandwich was soft, warm, and very fresh. The six bagels also smelled amazing, and everything was fresh and delicious.” 🥯✨.

We waited 25 minutes for a table for two no worries We sitting with service dog outside waiting in Clear sight. When we finally were called by the older woman hostess, my wife went in first and was taken to a back table by the bathroom door. she politely said we would prefer not to sit here as the bathroom door opened up to the table Then the old woman defiantly show us another table nearby. When I arrived with our small service dog, the older woman barked at us “ You can’t bring a dog in here! “ I informed her she was a service dog and she defiantly said no. I then told her. She can’t refuse us but she became indignant and asked for the dogs card. By that time we had had it. We were never treated that nasty and rudely. We both left and did not return. This woman is a horror. Who treats people like that? Screw this place. There are plenty of other places to go.

For years I have only visited Bagels With Deli while in Boca. With them getting more corporatized and Panera Bread like I wanted to give Flakowitz a try for breakfast and was not disappointed. This place is truly an old fashioned, friendly place. The menu is extensive, the food is fresh, and the staff is very hospitable and kind. We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was and how happy all the customers were. I got the Spanish omelet and it was large and slammed full of veggies and salsa. The rest of the table got bagel sandwiches and they were fresh and hot. Coffee came to the table almost immediately and never went dry, while the complimentary swirled coffee cake was tasty.
Truly can’t beat this place, an all around winner.
Outstanding! for a fantastic traditional breakfast or lunch in the area. They give you plenty of food - friendly competent staff - clean Restaurant...plenty of parking - indoor - outdoor seating.. .

owner is too cheap to pay someone to answer the phones so now they have AI trying to take your order with no option to be put through to the store. AI couldnt understand my order of course. Guy, you're in the hospitality business.. you dont own a call center. get your head out of your backside. last time we'll be ordering from here after 30+ years. what a joke. do better.
