I liked this place a lot when it was maybe a couple bucks more than chipotle. Really good food but then you guys had to go and raise the prices. I just paid $16 for the most basic bowl… that is insanity. Do better. Lost a customer.

The food is really good, top notch for sure. But the online ordering is terrible. I've ordered online a few times and have had to go to the store to wait. Just today I saw people get in line, got their food and were out the door while I was still waiting for them to prepare my online order. Isn't the point of online ordering so you don't have to wait? I basically burned up my lunch hour waiting for them to prepare food that should've already been made prior, again that's the point of online ordering with a specified pickup time. Other than that they all seem like good people. Fix the online ordering accuracy and speed and I will definitely consider changing my rating.

I had to order a big catering order for 32 people, and I called the night before only to find out the cutoff for catering is 3pm the day prior. Kylie went above and beyond to make it happen took my order and delivered everything on time. I will definitely order with them again! (on time next time)

The location at 5550 military is draconian about their portion sizes. This picture is a 6 bowl. With two servings of kale Caesar which you can’t even see and then 4 cubes of chicken for my serving. I asked the manager if this is acceptable and he basically blew me off. Was going there 3-4 times a week and they are no longer in my rotation. Too expensive for the serving size and rude staff.
I visited Fresh Kitchen last Saturday for the first time. My experience was a 10/10. Despite the fact that it was late, the food was fresh and delicious. What caught my attention was the customer service. Young and vibrant people with a kind and friendly attitude. Cooper in particular was very cooperative and patient while we decided what to eat. The cashier was smiley and welcoming and another employee ( African American tall guy) even tried to speak in Spanish with us! Teams like these are essential for success. Great food, great people, great ambiance... hoping to be back soon!

The best fast casual restaurant ever! My favorites are the cauliflower mashed potatoes, the coconut ginger rice, sweet potatoes, and steak. You really can’t go wrong though, because everything is so yummy, and you know you’re eating healthy. It’s always packed and they manage to get you through the line quickly.

We catered a party from FK and it was nothing short of amazing. We wanted something different and it was a big hit! The catering manager, Anna, was the best...so friendly, so honest, and so very helpful. She was on top of our order from start to finish...much appreciated. When we got there to pick it up, it wasn't ready just yet (we were early) so they gave us cups to try their juices. They were so good! When finished, they wheeled the food to my car and we were off. FK is a must try if you've never been and I want to have another party just to cater from there! Thank you, Fresh Kitchen Boca! Thank you, Anna! See you soon...
