Just switched to Fresh Meal Plan from Factor and tried the Keto BBQ pulled pork. I was impressed with the flavors and the nutritional value. I thought the quantity was enough and felt full and definitely worth the price.

We tried the one time sampler pack. Found it not only pricey, but the food generally very bland. Chicken dishes were dry, vegetables rubbery and in some cases like roasted sweet potatoes, very overcooked and dry. I'm happy we tried the sample pack though, we certainly won't be ordering a subscription

I purchased a box and the meals were below average. They were very bland and not fresh/ pretty gross. I reached out to customer service to get a refund and they said they could not refund me and didn’t give any explanation. They have terrible customer service. I won’t ever buy from this company again.

Wow. I am so pleasantly surprised by this service! I am only on day two (2 meals/day) but everything I’ve had so far has been so good. The chicken is not rubbery and you can see its texture, the beef does not Look skeevy, the vegetables look fresh, and the nutrition content is on point for my needs (low carb, so went w the keto plan plus chose from other categories). I am in the Miami area, so I was pleasantly surprised when my order was not shipped, but delivered to me by hand in a cooling bag with ice packs by their driver. I was a little worried that Sunday my order was scheduled to be delivered, bc I hadn’t received any email regarding shipping/status etc. But that was just a technical issue. Their customer service is excellent. The convenience of not having to meal prep myself anymore is worth the weekly cost of $114 for me, As it amounts to the same for groceries every two weeks anyway. Now I don’t have to spend 2-4 hours in the kitchen every Sunday and making sure to do my food shopping on Saturday, and can actually enjoy my Weekends. I tried both Factor and Trifecta back in 2020-2021. Trifecta is good on nutritional content, but food quality wasn’t as good as Factor at the time, in my opinion. But Factor was too high in calories, which at the time was good bc i was already on OMAD, but not ideal currently. My partner also tried Factor recently and i was able to see their food quality has significantly decreased. I did my research earlier this past summer for the best meal delivery service and Im glad I went with Fresh Meal Plan. I will pay for this for as long as i can, and look forward to seeing progress in my health/fitness goals.

This has been a great service for my family especially with our different diet goals and having busy lives. The food is always tasty, and we love ordering our favorites like the Bison Sliders, or the Beef Picadillo! I always look forward to trying new dishes from them and what their chefs decide to create. Customer service has also been 5 stars for any questions I have!

I was first excited to get a meal plan where I did not have to cook and work on my diet. This food is nasty unseasoned. I made a complaint about the chicken being undercooked and pink. They said they would give me an extra week free but I don’t even want it. Nasty sweet potato’s nasty chicken. This isn’t even cheap who wants to pay for bland unseasoned food.

I received my first order on Sunday I ordered keto but I got traditional which is not pretty bad because it's not too many calories the food was delicious I tried the chicken with the pasta I had chicken with string beans and Jasmine rice and so far the food is tasty it tastes fresh I did speak to a gentleman by the name of Briggs and he referred me to Diana and they did give me a credit for my order which was wrong and I will continue trying them I do hope that the menu kind of changes a little bit because I don't want to get bored but overall the service is great and the food is tasty

Salmon woke me up in the middle of the night sick so I didn’t dare have the bbq pork after it’d been in the fridge past 3 days. Menu was the same the next week…who wants that? Got Factor this time…like how their menu changes every week. And the ice packs were still frozen when I got my Factor box, not all melted and dripping everywhere like Fresh Meal.
