Garden Butcher in Boca was honestly a frustrating experience from start to finish. The location alone is aggravating since it sits right by the entrance and exit of the plaza, which makes parking a constant hassle before you even walk in. Once inside, it's complete chaos - there's no clear indication of where the line starts or whether people are waiting for the refrigerated grab-and-go items or to order fresh off the menu. There was only one cashier handling everything, including phone orders, which made the wait feel endless. After standing in line for nearly ten minutes, she answered a phone call and stayed on it for about five more minutes while a huge line formed behind us. Even after ordering and letting her know we'd be sitting outside, it still took about 20-30 minutes to receive our food and smoothies. The presentation was really disappointing, especially compared to places like Pura Vida -- everything is served in plastic Tupperware even if you're dining in, which feels cheap considering the prices. So much so..... I didn't even bother to take a picture of my meal. For the amount you spend, the overall experience just doesn't match the hype, and I wouldn't recommend it to other Boca locals.
You're honestly better off going to Pura Vida where the prices are similar or cheaper, the seating and atmosphere are better, and the food quality and presentation are far superior.

The food quality is very good but it’s still on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. The service is very poor; the man didn’t know whose food and drinks belonged to who, and really in general it was not very organized. And for all the money you’re paying for the food you’d think the presentation would be good. The presentation was lacking. I’m paying over $20+ for one item and it’s served to me in a plastic box, not even on a proper plate.

I ordered a smoothie and a chicken ceasar wrap. That cost $42. I know I'm paying a premium for the organic, quality ingredients. However, the smoothie tasted like nothing; earth if i had to describe it. Definitely not blueberry based. My ceasar wrap was incredibly disappointing. I couldn't find much chicken and I definitely didn't taste it. I also don't know if it had any dressing on it. I won't go back. They should have a look at the smoothie menu at Chelsea Gourmet in Vero Beach (the absolute BEST) and Vinnys for how a chicken ceasar wrap should taste. Spend your money elsewhere. Sadly not worth the hype.

Really wanted to like this place but as soon as I stepped inside it was a chaotic mess. Beware if you are getting take out, make sure you follow up with the employees multiple times about your order. They are not friendly or helpful. I waited 20 minutes for my smoothie with no one helping me before I noticed the mini fridge in the corner that other customers were grabbing their smoothies from. I wasted my time waiting for a smoothie that was sitting in a fridge the entire time. No one was helpful or apologetic. Also doesn’t taste anything like the Hailey Bieber smoothie to me tbh. The strawberry glow smoothie is good but nowhere near as good as the Hailey Bieber smoothie from Erewhon.

I don’t normally write negative reviews, but this was one of the most disorganized places I’ve been to in a long time. After waiting there for over 40 minutes for two smoothies, I received one that wasn’t what I ordered, and the other was simply canceled, leaving me with nothing. The food we did get was fine but lacked real flavor. With so many better spots nearby, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I came here for the first time last Sunday, and Laura took our order. She was absolutely amazing and was able to answer all of our questions about the menu. Even though we asked a lot of questions, she remained patient and friendly the entire time and never had a bad attitude.

I had the Chicken Caesar Wrap, which was delicious. We also brought home the sweet potato muffins which are to die for super soft and incredibly tasty. My mom absolutely loved the Spicy Salmon Bowl as well.

I would definitely come back. Laura truly made the experience!

Clean food that is also delicious?? Yes please! My friend and I wanted smoothies too but their machine was broken today :(

We got the hot honey sandwich and the ahi tuna wrap. Yum!! Also the chocolate muffin 😍

Only negative thing is the fact that there was a very small amount of ahi tuna in my wrap. It was mainly lettuce, avo, and the sauce……. (See pic below)

Garden Butcher is another Erwohn dupe in Florida.

Their Cloud smoothie and Raspberry smoothie are very similar to Erwohn. I still haven't been to LA to try them yet, so I have to go with these to see what they taste like.

It's a very pretty smoothie, but also very expensive. It's a $15 smoothie. Today I ordered pickup from UberEats and it was my second time trying them.

The ambiance of this Boca Raton spot is very rich Boca green. It's very nice inside.
The service is good too.

The employees were so kind! (Shout out to Anna!) I loved my custom bowl, but the vanilla matcha smoothie didn’t taste like matcha at all. I tasted more banana than anything. Also, my friend’s charcoal smoothie wasn’t charcoal but blueberry.
I loved the atmosphere of the cafe. It was bright and had many greenery pieces, which I enjoyed the most. I also appreciated the mini market Garden Butcher has. I bought the sriracha mayo sauce, which is sooo good, and I love how I can reuse the glass bottle it’s in. The products are pricey, but I understand since the food is organic and the Garden Butcher is a small business.

Totally love this place and come here all the time but man my bowl was pretty bad this time. 90% quinoa and absolutely no kale. Comparing to how the menu’s photo looks and mine when I opened up, it’s pretty sad. Tossed it around in hopes to find more than two kale leaves but no luck. I hate complaining and never leave reviews, but for an $18 bowl I expect to get exactly what I pay for. I know to check my orders now before stepping out that door. Y’all dropped the ball on this one.
