I was in a pinch and needed quick bagel and sandwich platters. Juan really came through. He was accommodating, fast, patient and the food was really good. Definitely recommend and look forward to their new location in West Palm Beach.

Today I had a crazy experience at H&H. I ordered my spicy sausage and egg Jalapeño cheddar bagel, and then walked over to pay. While I was waiting for the sandwich to be made, I had a seat and started scrolling through my emails. I noticed that quite a few people had ordered after me and were starting to get their bagel so I walked up to the cashier and asked about the sandwich. She responded with the most incredibly genuine, “I’m so sorry it’s taken this long. Let me check”. She went over talk to the person making the bagels and he looked at me and said “oh my gosh I’m so sorry it’s taking this long. I’ll make that right now”. I replied “no problem, it’s not a big deal” and sat down and begin to wait again. Then the manager came out of the back and said “I am so sorry that it is taking so long to make your bagel. I will buy your bagel today, to which I replied, thank you so much but that’s not necessary. I’ve only been waiting a couple minutes”, but he insisted. So then the person who made my bagel came out from from behind the counter and handed me the bag with my bagel, again, profusely apologized, and included a free chocolate muffin with my bagel. This was completely over the top wonderful customer service in a world where we rarely see minimal levels of customer service. I would highly suggest that everyone go to H&H not only because they have incredible bagels, but because they have one of the most wonderful and kindest staffs I’ve ever had the opportunity to be around. GO H&H!

first visit. two of us spent 35.00 online order. The everything bagel sandwich with lox, capers, onion and cream cheese was a joke. Why? the bagel was horrible. taste, texture, flavor was BAD. Also got a toasted sesame bagel and cream cheese. Same- horrible! This is a Bagel Restaurant and the bagels are BAD. A grocery store bagel is better than this. Went today about noon. we were shocked. my wife barely ate half of her bagel. no way this store can continue doing business with this product. I hope they wake up on Quality Control ASAP.

This is a take out kind of place with a couple of chairs inside and out. The Original H&H was in NYC and it was my second favorite in NY. this one is a good bagel for a Florida Bagel shop. Good flavor nice soft inside and crunch on the outside We went with an everything bagel with Cream Cheese. Counter service quick and easy.

It took 45 minutes to get 2 bagel sandwiches during a morning rush. It was painful watching how little the workers cared about speed. It was sooooo sloooow. Then the manager decided to take a “monster drink” break in the middle of it all and went in back. Absolutely zero leadership. This was NOT a New York bagel place. As the people behind us said they all would have been fired. Too many other options - won’t be going back.

OMG! OMG! How did I never see this place before!? SO MUCH BETTER than the pretentious coffeeshop next door. Spotless, quick, and friendly.
I got a huge sausage, egg, and cheese on a toasted bagel. There's an actual grill, so you get a real breakfast instead of a microwaved egg-puck. And coffee. Just a medium coffee, without the Buckstar's nonsense.
Stop paying for nonsense; support this business!!!

I was really excited to try this place since I’ve enjoyed their bagels in New York, but I was very disappointed. The bagel I received was stale and so hard I could barely bite into it. Definitely not the quality I was expecting.

I come to this establishment consistently. I must say it has the best breakfast in town. Everytime I come in, I am always welcomed by Roberta who I must say provides amazing customer service and always makes me feel at home. Due to the combination of great food and an employee like Roberta, I see no reason to go anywhere else for breakfast. Glad H&H came to this side of town in Boca Raton.

I normally don’t do reviews but I absolutely love these bagels! I literally stop by before work almost every day because they’re just that good. I usually order online, and even though it gives a 10–15 minute timeframe, my order is always ready sooner than expected. The service is consistently quick, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. You can tell customer service is a top priority here, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!
