Came here for the first time on a Saturday at 1:00pm was looking forward to trying this ice cream place with my kids never heard of an ice cream shop being closed on a Saturday complete waist of time.

Parking: It’s a shopping center its harder to find parking on weekends as it’s pretty busy

My son and I enjoyed the Nutella shake and creamy cookies sundae.The shop is so bright and inviting. The one employee working while we were there remained busy creating her masterpieces.The creamy cookies sundae had a lot of Oreo cookie pieces layered with vanilla ice cream. Nutella shake was a Nutella shake with brownies and sauce on top, I especially like the crunchy pearls around the rim. The pavlova was our first choice, but they were out of pavlova when we were there. The Nutella shake was a good substitution.A Holyshake is a dreamy indulgence.

yummy! The soft serve is perfect and had fresh strawberries and little merengues? Friendly staff and lots of options to select from. Grab an ice cream pre or post movie! Highly recommend!

Pretty much the only desert spot in Aventura that isn’t $20 a treat. AMAZINGG service and selection for a great price. Highly recommend for kids

It was ok nothing special kind of expensive and its a lot of cals and sugar. But their natural smoothies are good

Very unique and cool looking place. It’s eye catching so kudos from a business standpoint. The place was clean, we stopped by around 1:30pm on a Sunday.Ordering is simple, all done on touch screen. Far as our shakes - good, not great. Presentation is incredible, but not blown away with the taste. Give it a try at least that’s my recommendation.

The atmosphere is super cool and fun. The shakes are really pretty and picture worthy. I got the coconut shake (tasty but was expecting more of a coconut flavor) with Nutella rim and a brownie on top. I definitely should have added the Nutella drizzle and praline on top because the brownies weren't fudgey enough. Kinda pricey just for a shake but it's fun to try out the different flavors and just chill out with pals for a bit. ❤️

Awesome place, their ice cream is amazing and the staff really make sure you are satisfied with whatever you ordered, we l9ved it

The novelty of the different types of shakes makes this a must visit.The prices are higher than a standard ice cream shake, but because of the creative toppings, the price isn't bad.Shake itself: I got the peanut butter shake with the donut tower. It was good overall, and I'd order it again.Service: The service was alright, but they were understaffed and slow overall ( the server was pleasant, but there was only one person behind the counter).Bathrooms: The bathroom was dirty, and the soap was in a dollar store shampoo travel bottle.There were a few ants in the tables.

I went with my 15 years old daughter and service was good and shakes were amazing!

Tasty shakes and toppings! The key lime pie is also good.

When i went here kids were running the place im not sure if they have any idea how to make iced coffee. They have a nespresso machine which they made hot coffee with. Then they put a single cube of ice. I thought it was not right so i asked them about it, they said thats how they make iced coffee. Needless to say, my family and friends are not going back here. That was our first and our last. I dont mind paying a premium for something different but the staff of teenage kids makes this the worst dessert shop in boca. Oh yea almost forgot. An aweful smell was coming out of the kitchen, and we just happened to be sitting where we can see the kitchen area. It smelled of old moisty and overused rag. Like i said the kids that were running this place have no idea how to run a shop. Hopefully this has changed but i will surely not come back just to find out

Saw the sign saw the pickup parking spot customer service outstanding and the shake selections were varied so was dessert menu—a very enjoyable experience (I was in my pj’s an didn’t want to walk in) the man was so nice and helpful — a great first experience - 5 stars for sure

So sad!! I arrived at 6:34pm and it is closed no sign and no notice. Had family drive up from Miami and we got nothing. It’s says they close at 9:00pm i’m so confused

Just come! The minute you walk through the door this place grabs your attention! Down to the art on the walls, games on every table, easy touch screen display to customize your order and purchase and you watch the employee behind the counter make your creation! Different flavors to choose from… I had the cotton candy! You can decorate the rim of your cup and add toppings! Very friendly staff and clean! I will be returning on my lunch break!
