We just moved to the area and was recommended to this place by two people. We were thrilled because we were looking for a close by, good Chinese take out place. Boy were we disappointed. When I went to pick up the food, the atmosphere and cleanliness was impressive. I commented on this to the man who rang me up. I only ordered a large won ton soup. My husband and I were so excited to try it, but when we opened it up to eat it, the won tons were filled with chicken!! What?? In my over 50 years of eating Chinese never have I been served a won ton with chicken. It was gross. There was broccoli in the bottom of the soup (which I have never seen) and no scallions, as it usually comes, and no pieces of pork because it was chicken wontons! It would've been nice if they tell you this on the menu. When we called to complain, the person who answered the phone only said that they serve chicken won tons. They don't come with pork. I am sadly disappointed and will not be back.

I ordered six piece, honey garlic wings put a special instructions for them to be fried hard cooked through well done make sure there was no pink meat. I get there and pay for my order. Once I get home I bet the one chicken it was raw I opened up another piece of chicken that was raw as well. Terrible terrible service. They do not follow instructions and they are serving raw chicken. I should’ve took a picture before I returned it but I was just in a rush because it’s getting late and I’m so hungry. I just needed to get it back and get a refund. I didn’t even want them to cook any more food and I wonder, why I haven’t been there in over a year same thing happened last Christmas when I went there and once I got the chicken, I remembered exactly why I have not been there in over a year. I’m from New York and I’ve tried several different Chinese restaurants and every single time there’s an issue I should’ve listened to the reviews when they said do not go, they’re trying to rip me off and poison me by giving me raw chicken

If you want a hidden extra 10 percent charge , messing up orders and a rude cashier lady, come to this place.

I want to say that we put in a catering order the day before we needed it and they delivered!! Lee was super nice and worked with me to make this happen! I forgot to take pics but I can tell you that everything we ordered was delicious (chicken Lo mein, chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, beef w/ broccoli, shrimp w/ broccoli, mixed player of egg and spring roll)! I'll be ordering from them again!!

I don’t live in Boca Raton but, my best friend does. Whenever I spend the weekend with her we take out from Hong Kong Palace. The food is delicious. The ingredients are fresh and we are never disappointed. We picked up a large amount of food for lunch today. I was going back home and wanted to bring food to my kids. As always, we explained to the owner/chef that we had gluten allergies. He is always accommodating and prepares our food without any flour. (Used to thicken sauces)
Today, I unfortunately forgot that soy sauce has wheat in it. My daughter who has celiac and is extremely careful about what she consumed could not eat any of it. I called the restaurant once I came home. I double checked how many of the dishes I ordered had soy sauce. You guessed it, they all did! The owner was apologetic and felt truly sorry. The mistake was completely my fault. He asked me to come back so he could make something
My daughter could eat. I was impressed with his handling of the situation. I am definitely a happy customer and will be back!

Typical store front chinese food place, this one had an updated modern feel. I ordered the General Tso chicken. The food was really good for the most part i was actually biting into chicken and not just dough/fired batter. It was nice for a change. There were only a few piece that could've been cooked a little more and tasted spongy. Overall i would go back. The prive is like $2 more expensive than other place but the owner took care of me.

I’m replying to Mr. Rosenbloom‘s review. Wherein he states “this is the closest place…” Rather strange seeing as he lives on Fort Lauderdale Beach and Hong Kong Palace is located in Boca Raton???
A retraction would be proper sir!
Their food is outstanding and the owners are the nicest people!

Must be some of the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had and for people to give them four or five stars, they have no idea what good Chinese food is. I’m from New York City so I’ve been spoiled, but I’ve had other Chinese food far superior in Broward and Dade County. Unfortunately this is the closest Chinese restaurant to me because I live on the beach in Fort Lauderdale, but the food is not made from quality ingredients, is often not fresh, lacks special Chinese herbs and spices and every time I go there I get disappointed and unfortunately cannot go there ever again. Even simple things like wonton soup, hot and sour soup, spare ribs, dumplings, and even the white rice is inferior. And they’re overpriced on top of it!

This establishment is a preferred carry-out option. The family-owned business maintains a clean environment and provides friendly service. Since 2021, I have consistently enjoyed the food without issue. My regular order includes Singapore noodles (no chicken), house special fried rice (no chicken), and crab rangoon, all of which are consistently fresh and delicious.

Food sat on the counter for 30 minutes while I was sitting there. Cold by the time I got home. Too expensive and messed up my order.

Food is very good. I like the vegetable, meat, and soup dishes. Everything is sliced thin which was nice. The food is tasty but not greasy or salty. I highly recommend getting food there.
