Bad service. I could not get in touch with these people at all! I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to order pastries! No one has yet to call me back after leaving my phone number on file. Extremely Disappointed. I guess they don't take business seriously here.

Pastries and bread are great here. They have a huge selection of pastries, bread, frozen food, and a small selection of prepared foods. My only complaint is that if you don't speak Portuguese, you'll have a hard time ordering or asking questions about their pastries. From the times that I've visited, there was only one time that there was a young man who spoke English. I would still recommend and visit this establishment, but it's just difficult to communicate.

I was visiting S. Fl. Over the weekend and heard about the House of Bread and Coffee and that were the best Brazilian bakery around.I can say the Coxinha were superb, and I highly recommend visiting! Come hungry!

The sandwiches were fresh and the bread was delicious. The issue was the service and atmosphere. It was not crowded at all and it was after lunch time. We only ordered two sandwiches with no special orders to go. Three customers were served before us that came after us. We waited more than 20 minutes and when the order came up we were not offered any condiments like the other customers. Maybe the wait seemed much longer because the thermostat read 79 degrees and it was very humid in the restaurant. Not sure the food was worth the treatment.
