My favorite sushi buffet in Boca Raton. All the sushi rolls are delicious and freshly made. Plenty of Chinese food options like lo mein noodles, spring rolls, kung pao chicken, they also have a hibachi station so you can get your fresh noodles mixed with meat of choice and vegetables. This place is very busy on the weekends so make sure you get there when they open. This place is so great. Sushi, sashimi, hibachi, good size cold shrimp with cocktail sauce available, whole salmon, oysters, crab legs (the only thing that is disappointing because they are really too small to eat), lots of hot dishes. The coconut shrimp and tempura shrimp and veggies are particularly good. If you are looking for Japanese food or great buffet in the area I would high recommend ichiyami.
