First & formost, I hope this review reaches the public and the management that actually manages the Boca Raton / Mizner location especially if you’re considering rescheduling your tickets at a later time in the night. My date & I bought tickets to a showing for the new 2025 movie Demon Slayer (Subbed Version) for a 6:15 PM showing on Sunday, 09/21/25. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my date & I were not able to make it to the 6:15 PM showing. However, IPIC was kind enough to provide a free-of-charge reschedule to the 10:15 PM showing. I specifically called earlier that day to ask their front desk representative to Amiya/Janiya (or whatever) if my date & I would get food service during that late night 10:15 PM showtime. Amiya/Janiya stated yes and to call back before 6:30 PM to be able to properly reschedule to the 10:15 PM showing without risk of forfeiting the refund for the tickets. My date & I attended the 10:15 PM showing; however, when we tried to place an order the attendant came over and stated that the kitchen is closed. My date & I had to sit hungry and uncomfortable for 2.5 hr movie based on misinformation. The next day, Monday, 09/22/25, I called the IPIC Guest Services Dept. and was told the following by Serenity (the same woman who helped me put on my necklace and met my date the very Sunday night in question) that IPIC Boca doesn’t provide any accommodations for circumstances as described above. In fact, Serenity stated that because my date & I sat through the movie that it forfeits our right to any sort of accommodations. Furthermore, Serenity stated the “policy solution” to what happened would’ve been for my date & I to miss the movie we paid a lot of money for since we were coming for the “IPIC Experience,” and make a complaint to have our movie rescheduled or refunded. As much as IPIC Boca Raton / Mizner Park makes from reaping the profits from ticket sales apparently supersedes quality customer service. Apparently, my date & I should’ve made a scene and ruin our date night to make a discrepancy like this the center of attention for the night. That’s the quality customer service policy that IPIC Boca / Mizner Park wants paying customers to condone? Regardless, IPIC Boca / Mizner Park can take that $52.76 for their “IPIC Experience” and my partner & I will simply take our business elsewhere.

I had a wonderful evening experiencing the ultimate Bond Night at Mizner Park in Boca Raton. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was super duper luxurious. It was pretty amazing that I could ask for whatever I wanted and the IPIC staff made it happen!

Truly I love this theater, its comfy, never over crowded, the seats are paired so your not elbowing someone you do not know. Ive seen parents with laptops higher up because there is a table as well. Its spacious. Idk what the smell is, but it smells nice. Lol. I have a inside source (lol) who told me that the blankets are one of their highest bills because they get washed. After every showing, new ones come out. When you go to your actual theater, you dont have to go to the food area, when you sit there is a button you press and a menu of items. Yes its pricier, but its Mizner. Park in the garage, its free but tbh if wheelchair or walking issues, park on the street because the elevator can be iffy and its all stairs from there. Also the theater is upstairs.and there is wheelchair access. I know I use the escalator, not 100% sure for elevator but I believe so. The restaurant below is like northern Italian food, delicious deserts.

The rivers and lakes are not what we are use too!! IPIC has changed, I can only assume its due to new management or new owners. IPIC many features, the luxury of watching a movie with drinks and great food, actual meals. It was dinner and a movie with free popcorn. Now the popcorn is $9.00 dollars, there are 3 pages of drinks. 3/4 of a page for shareables and not the good ones, the calamari is gone. Sliders are gone, Lobster roll gone. The shakers are now $42.00. The pizza is gone, no wanting deserts just candy, and cookies. The cheery on top is now that they add gratuity, you dont see uour server to almost the end. Its all disappointment!!!

I would’ve given it a higher rate if my experience was a lot better. We had a child watching a horror movie and was constantly screaming “mommy, talking, and the mother was playing her phone out loud for the child to be calm. I let staff know and it continued throughout the whole movie. Many people in the theater were making faces in disbelief that there was a child watching a horror movie. Also, my mozzarella sticks were with no cheese, completely hollow inside. I think they changed it from what it used to be. The nachos were good though. Also in the past, if you didn’t want to buy tickets for recliner chairs, and so serve your own food, you can buy tickets for a cheaper price. Now that isn’t an option. For some reason, the audio in the theater was really low this time. We drive an hour away to come to the theater because we actually enjoyed it but now with the circumstances, I’m not sure if it’s worth the drive anymore.

First time here and it was really impressive. Food service at your seat, comfortable loveseat style seating. If you’re going to spend the money on going out to the movies anyway, IPIC is the way to go.
