My husband wanted to surprise me yesterday with tickets to watch the new avatar movie; he booked for 9:30pm. Unfortunately we had a FAMILY EMERGENCY and i had to rush my grandmother to the hospital; while my husband stayed home with our 2 year old daughter. It slipped his mind completely that we had the booking still and we missed our movie. I attempted to call IPIC in Boca this morning, where our tickets were reserved and asked if they could just even make an exchange for another day this week and they replied with “unfortunately we can’t do anything for you.” I wouldn’t understand why not; when we paid $50 in tickets and were going to spend money on food and drinks. Mind you, we are ipic loyal customers too. To me, this is an unfair policy because emergencies do occur. I did not plan to miss it in the first place and neither did my husband. We didn’t want our money back, just tickets to see the same movie on another day. Truly is upsetting and we probably won’t be attending an Ipic theatre again.

Our recent visit was very disappointing due to how a situation was handled by the manager, Ethan.

We purchased three tickets at the movie counter about 30 minutes before the movie started. Shortly after, my son suddenly developed a severe migraine and began vomiting. Because of how sick he felt, he was physically unable to attend the movie. I fully understand that tickets purchased within the hour are generally non-refundable. However, given the circumstances, I politely asked Ethan if he could offer a store credit so we could return another day. I know this is something that can be done at a manager’s discretion, especially in situations involving illness. Unfortunately, he chose not to help in any way, and as a result, we lost all three tickets. What was most disappointing was not the policy itself, but the lack of empathy and understanding shown during a very stressful moment involving a sick child. Customer service isn’t just about enforcing rules — it’s also about compassion. Sadly, that was missing here.

I purchased a gift card last Christmas, but unfortunately the recipient lost it. I contacted IPIC multiple times to see if the card could be replaced or the balance recovered. Despite providing the original purchase information, I never received a callback or any resolution. The funds were never recovered or used, which was very disappointing. We truly enjoyed coming here and were hoping for better customer service.

IPIC is always great. Food selection is top notch with a full bar. Seating is comfortable with provided blankets. Depending on seat selection, very private two person cubbies surrounded on 3 sides.

Wicked starts on Thursday at the best Boca movie theater !!!

We took our grandkids to the movies here yesterday for the first time. The ambience, food, service, and comfort of this theater was truly an enjoyable experience. We’re looking forward to seeing Wicked here! Highly recommend this theater!

I was in with my wife at the Boca IPIC on Friday night and we had a wonderful experience. The manager Drew was a super helpful, he moved us to a new movie with no problem and even brought our wine and pizza and got us settled. Thanks so much, can’t wait to go back!

The food is phenomenal. Order tickets in advance they give you a pillow and a blanket and serve full Menu during the movie.

First & formost, I hope this review reaches the public and the management that actually manages the Boca Raton / Mizner location especially if you’re considering rescheduling your tickets at a later time in the night. My date & I bought tickets to a showing for the new 2025 movie Demon Slayer (Subbed Version) for a 6:15 PM showing on Sunday, 09/21/25. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my date & I were not able to make it to the 6:15 PM showing. However, IPIC was kind enough to provide a free-of-charge reschedule to the 10:15 PM showing. I specifically called earlier that day to ask their front desk representative to Amiya/Janiya (or whatever) if my date & I would get food service during that late night 10:15 PM showtime. Amiya/Janiya stated yes and to call back before 6:30 PM to be able to properly reschedule to the 10:15 PM showing without risk of forfeiting the refund for the tickets. My date & I attended the 10:15 PM showing; however, when we tried to place an order the attendant came over and stated that the kitchen is closed. My date & I had to sit hungry and uncomfortable for 2.5 hr movie based on misinformation. The next day, Monday, 09/22/25, I called the IPIC Guest Services Dept. and was told the following by Serenity (the same woman who helped me put on my necklace and met my date the very Sunday night in question) that IPIC Boca doesn’t provide any accommodations for circumstances as described above. In fact, Serenity stated that because my date & I sat through the movie that it forfeits our right to any sort of accommodations. Furthermore, Serenity stated the “policy solution” to what happened would’ve been for my date & I to miss the movie we paid a lot of money for since we were coming for the “IPIC Experience,” and make a complaint to have our movie rescheduled or refunded. As much as IPIC Boca Raton / Mizner Park makes from reaping the profits from ticket sales apparently supersedes quality customer service. Apparently, my date & I should’ve made a scene and ruin our date night to make a discrepancy like this the center of attention for the night. That’s the quality customer service policy that IPIC Boca / Mizner Park wants paying customers to condone? Regardless, IPIC Boca / Mizner Park can take that $52.76 for their “IPIC Experience” and my partner & I will simply take our business elsewhere.

I had a wonderful evening experiencing the ultimate Bond Night at Mizner Park in Boca Raton. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was super duper luxurious. It was pretty amazing that I could ask for whatever I wanted and the IPIC staff made it happen!
