I don’t know where to start…. I’ve been going to IPic for at least 10 years and been bringing family and friends for the past years and last Sunday I went to watch a movie and I had a crab cake sandwich and a water, supposed to be $40 with tips. Next day I see a charge of $75!!!! I’ve been trying to reach them to get my money back and leaving voicemails and no call back! Avoid at all costs. I guess I need to pay them a visit.

The customer service here is not very good. I had situation where me and my girlfriend were asked to present our tickets to make sure we were not "switching" our seats, now this would not have bothered me typically, but we were the only couple that was asked to do this in our row. It was a very uncomforatble feeling knowing that you are being profiled for no reason. Jessica was our server and I hope I never have her again. The food here is very good.

Not only was the theater absolutely filthy (food and crumbs all over the seats), the air conditioning was completely broken and half the recliners in the premium section were broken. The staff was so disrespectful and completely unhelpful especially the manager who practically invalidated every concern. So disappointing especially for $25 movie ticket. We ended up walking out and attempting to get a refund which wasn't even done correctly. Will not be returning, you’re better off in the premiere section at Cinemark.

We watched Oppenheimer on the big IPIC screen. Very nice viewing experience. Chairs are a little outdated, and the night cleaning crew needs to do a deep clean. We saw a 10:15 am., showing, and the area where we sat was filthy. This is not because of the guys who clean up after a movie. The ladies' bathroom was also not clean. There was hair in the sink, and the toilet seat was dirty. Remember, it was a 10am showing, The food and drink were very good.

Our favorite Ipic theater! Customer service is always top notch. The theater is clean, modern and elegant. You can come a little early and have drinks by the bar- the bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable and made great recommendations based on our likes. Someone from our group wanted a hot tea and they made it happen! Highly recommend this ipic location if you're in the area.

This is the venue for luxury movie experience.Pros: exceptional wait staff, food is a B and always served at proper temps, splendid reclining lazy boy type chairs accompanied by a quality monogrammed blanket, and a grand entrance into a cozy luxurious feeling experience as you ascend up the long escalator to the theater promenade.Cons: Quality of the cinematic experience. The only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars. If you are looking for all the XD, Dolby digital sounds, HD etc this is not the place for potential blockbusters such as the new Aquaman or Oppenheimer.Soon as this experience incorporates the immersive and captivating feeling one gets when watching a movie in a way that fully engages the senses and emotions by upgrading their picture and sound the better. Nobody would touch them.

IPIC...is CLASS!!Acoustics are a bit dated though.
Smelled like feet, service people were not friendly, the bathrooms were disgusting and smelled like piss and the chairs were sticky. I would think for the price point, the seats and the place would be clean. The food was mediocre. Positive is that the service was fast and the seats reclined but the dirtiness of the theater and the gross smells really made the experience awful.

My boyfriend and I went to go see Wanka on January 12. I opted for the crab cake sandwich paired with truffle French fries. Unfortunately, the night took a sour turn as I fell ill, later diagnosed as food poisoning. I'm deeply disappointed with my experience at IPIC. I will not order food there ever again!!!!!

Went to see a movie and now they automatically charge $75 on your credit card, even though I only spent 20 in the theater. It's been a couple of days and I still keep checking to see if they give me back the rest of the money. Aside from their expensive prices, you don't even get popcorn anymore. This place is no longer worth it.

My wife and I have been iPic members since 2013, the last time we went to iPic was a couple months ago at the Delray iPic. It was terrible, the movie was 5 mins away from starting and the staff had not yet cleaned the theater from the last showing. So this last night we went to the Boca iPic in hopes for a better experience. It was an "iPic Fail"! To begin with my wife's calamari was over cooked and my lemon pepper wings came with the lemon pepper seasoning in a cup on the side. When i told the waitress she said she just asked for extra side of lemon pepper for me, but the wings had ZERO lemon pepper on them to begin with. Someone was smoking weed in the theater and my wife is pregnant. Our neighboring customers were talking during the entire movie and none of the staff would do anything about it. At the end of the night our server lost our ticket, only to find out that she double charged us for the calamari. Terrible experience, this place has become runned down and sadly i juat renewed my membership. I will be reaching out to someone to cancel it and get my money back because we will not be spending our good money at what used to be an upscale movie and dining experience.

we love it here. nice atmosphere, fair prices, comfy seats, good food. HOWEVER, as of recently, the bathrooms are consistently dirty and now they've added a "server charge" to each bill, not disclosing what this is for, we had to google it to find out that its an 18% gratuity added to your bill automatically.....we almost double tipped, likely this was the intent of adding this vague and ambiguous term to the bill.
