I decided to give it a chance due to so many good reviews but unfortunately reality was different than those reviews. (I can’t even review food because there was nothing to review) We decided to go last weekend and the minute we got there we were greet by a rude women, which has zero customer service skills, then we ask for desayuno de chicharrón and salchicha de Huacho and she said it was finished, so we proceed to ask for anticuchos she said there is none, we also ask for ceviche and they didn’t have, she was rude as we kept asking for dishes they didn’t have. She sounded annoyed and I guess it was because she just arrived with her breakfast from somewhere else and wanted to eat it. Basically she told us there is nothing and to come back a different day. The truck looks nice and clean but I suggest you place someone else to give a great customer service experience, we all know you sell food and sometimes dishes are sold out but there is ways to tell people things are sold out or don’t have them and at the same time making sure those customers will come back to still give it a try.

Great food, great service and lives up to the Peruvian standards. So happy we have this truck close to us!! We had the anticuchos, causa, ceviche, yuka, salchipapa and chica morada. Everything was amazing. Will definitely be returning.
