Great experience overall! Jennifer our waitress was extremely pleasant, attentive, and friendly. The food was great. We had the pork chop and salmon. Orzo wasn’t the best so I would swap that next time. Safe to say, i will be back. You can’t go wrong here.

I love this restaurant! The food is consistently delicious, always fresh, flavorful and cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and on point with their service. Be sure to make reservations because this place always bustling and packed to the seams. One of my favorite dishes is their unique take on their Mac and Cheese, just the right amount of cheese with a crispy golden top. Highly recommend.

Great martinis. Food is ok. Crab cakes were nice but to be served with French Fries is substandard for the price. Also needs to have extra sauce on the side. Despite being described as spicy they were a little insipid. Need to move into 21st century and adopt quicker process for paying bill. Take a visit to Europe and see how they do it by bringing machine to the table!!!!

Food is always perfect. Staff is very attentive. Our Server, Kimberly made a special occasion even more special with her warm smile, and genuine hospitality.

I was looking forward to celebrating a beautiful evening at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. Our server a young man with a beard named Tyler completely ignored our table throughout the night, while giving full attention to other guests. It was clear that we were being treated differently, and it felt bias and discriminatory. No one deserves to be made to feel unwelcome or invisible, especially when dining out for a special occasion. I hope management addresses this behavior immediately so that no other guests have to go through the same experience. Thank you to one of the assistant manager that assisted us with this matter.

Unfortunately they are not clean there is bad smell came from there plate

This is one of my favorite spots in the area for a burger or steak. It’s not as fancy as the other local steakhouses but the food is just as good. The service is also equivalent to a traditional steakhouse. I have yet to have a bad meal or experience. Highly recommend. It does get pretty busy at peak times so make a reservation just in case

Corinne was our wonderful server -she did an exceptional job fast at tentative and so gracious as we had our 10 month old with us and she can be a challenge, but was very very good with her and highly recommend asking for her to serve you… Excellent experience thank you so much for a delicious meal and special night out….Delicious as always, prime rib sandwich… Burger, chicken wonderful array of appetizers so good and this dessert was an absolute favorite that carrot cake and the vanilla ice cream molten something… So 🤤 awesome

This j Alexander's is the equivalent of a bad outback steakhouse. Salad good but not enough dressing. Service was terrible. Drinks way overpriced and not good. Steak was gross, it tasted like some bad Winn-Dixie meat.
All the toilets were filthy and two waitresses walked in there so how dirty the toilets were and just walked out and did nothing about it. The place is all dirty and the service is sucks and the music was terrible.
You couldn't even begin to compare this Boca j Alexander's to plantation no comparison whatsoever. I wouldn't even believe the same company owned shame on you j Alexander's in restaurant like this certainly shouldn't be in Boca. Total disappointment and disgusting.

This used to be my favorite restaurant and now, with new lighting, the bar is lit up like a cafeteria. Until this changes it’s no longer fun and relaxing. And why can’t we have freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, like other high end restaurants.?

New lighting at the bar at J Alexander’s is way too bright. The ambience should be mellow and low lighting and I feel like I’m at an inquisition.

Food is overpriced and just okay. My husband and I went here for lunch. We wanted to split a large chicken salad as well as a filet minion sandwich. If we wanted the kitchen to split it up for us, we had to pay extra. How ridiculous. The waiter said the kitchen is too busy to split things, which is why they charge. The place had very few customers. Now I know why. We certainly won't be back again. Where is customer service? This place is definitely overrated!

The quality of the Ribeye in this location is inferior to other estates. The meet quality was very poor, it was very similar to a lab grown meet. We where very disappointed with the meet.
