I use to work for Wendy's then found a better opportunity elsewhere offering full time position and better pay. First and foremost, i am a mother of 3 with over 8 years of cashier experience and $8.05 was not making it! So I began searching elsewhere and was blessed with a $12/hr job! I needed a form filled out to show I was no longer employed with Wendy's in order to receive childcare and benefits for my children. The Office Manager/"HR assistant" , Brianna Ontanedo, wrote on my reason for termination that I did not return to work AND for the hours worked she clearly wrote "N/A"...Mind you,this is the 2nd time emailing her this form because the first time it was INCOMPLETE...CRAZY right?! How are you HR and do not care to fill in an important form. Now, I actually spoke to the store's manager Jason and told him I was leaving and that I found a better opportunity!! AND we spoke about that job being temporary until i DO find a better one!! I also gave this form to MY manager at the time and was given a complete run around for about a month and a half. They decided to take vacation instead of handle business. He's rude along with HIS boss, Barry. They all were unprofessional. And gave only sorry excuses. Point is im very unhappy and to know my grandmother,Dorothy Sims, worked for Wendys for years before she passed..I don't see why. I was shocked to see what I read on my form in my email so I decided to just share my story!

Just ate at the Wendy's on Boynton Beach Blvd. just west of I-95. The girl that took my order was nice enough, but I guess never learned "please" and "thank you". Those are just little pet peeves of mine and overall did not bother me that much. What did bother me is that 2 of the 3 items I ordered were more than the menu board said...one was 50% more. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was aware of it but basically, nothing was being done about it. At best, this is a serious oversight and at worst, possible bait and switch. They know there is an elderly population nearby that rarely questions these things.Q
