Only 1 person working, made everyone wait to even order while he was doing prior orders, wouldnt prioritize faster orders and instead did everything in exact order, meaning it took him 10 minutes to take my order, and 30 minutes before even starting to work on a smoothie that takes 2 minutes at most to make.

Good smoothies but this location is in very bad shape. Only friendly crew member was the cashier and who was new and clearly needed help he didn’t receive. I asked for a substitute that wasn’t an additional charge and after I paid and was waiting the cashier tracked me down and said I owed an additional amount since that substitute wasn’t included. I didn’t debate it but I can’t believe they came back after me to charge me extra after their mistake…which really wasn’t because the substitute I picked should not have been an extra charge as it was not a premium add-in of any kind. They block off the power outlets so you cannot use them and no free WiFi. The a/c was either broken or was not on and the entire sit down area was not very clean and the tables and chairs were in bad shape. As I left I saw it was franchised and privately owned. Makes sense. Clearly the owner and managers do not care about customer service and taking care of their stores. Shame!

Stopped by Jamba and had a great experience. The staff was cheerful and quick, and my smoothie was fresh, delicious, and just what I needed on a warm day. I tried the Mango-A-Go-Go and it was perfectly blended with a great balance of flavor and sweetness. The place was clean and had a fun, upbeat vibe. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff was rude, inattentive, and acted like serving customers was a burden. I waited far too long for a simple order while employees stood around chatting and ignoring people in line. When I asked a question, I was met with attitude instead of help. Never coming back—do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Just ordered here a chunky strawberry bowl. Ella who took my order was super nice and smily. I definitely hope to have her again when I order next time. On the other hand the lady who worked with her today (I think its the manager because she was with a gray polo shirt) was very not nice. Instead of saying my bowl is ready she yelled BAG?! Instead of treating me like a human and kindly asking me if I would like a bag for my bowl. Ella saw my reaction and told me she hopes I have a good weekend and smiled which made it better. But the other lady definitely does NOT want to be at her job. Didnt greet guests or anything. This lady is working right now, june 28, at 1pm. She has short hair.

Stop in this morning before work. The woman who served me was wonderful from the beginning I walked in to when I left. The acai smoothie she made me was the best I've ever had. It a wonderful feeling to have someone so friendly start your day off.
