Derrien has no patience.
He needs to learn that he is in the service industry. Which means it's about the customer not him rushing through the process. He didn't even have the patience to let me read the menu and rushed me and I ended up with something I didn't really want.
Also, the lack of flavor in my bowl was compensated by too much sugar.
I couldn't eat it and just wasted $12.

The location was not open when it was supposed to be open. The Jamba website says they were supposed to be open at 7:00am, but it wasn't open when we showed up at 7:54am. More than that, no one was even inside when we showed up. I'd expect a store to be open when they say they're supposed to be open, or place a note on the door saying why otherwise.

One girl just sneezed directly into her hand and didn’t use soap to wash her hands…. The other was outside on her phone and never washed her hands before making the smoothie. Gross.

$10 mango smoothie worth every cent. You want the large. Idk why they even offer smaller sizes. I like sitting outside after biking there, I don't wanna cool off too quick, but the smoothie and umbrellas is a nice combo to cool off..

Great Jamba Juice location with easy parking, unlike other busy spots. Service is super fast, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The place has a clean, professional vibe, making it a great stop for a refreshing drink. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, this has got to be the slowest Jamba Juice in S FLA. No exaggeration, 20 minutes from purchase to leaving with just one smoothie. It’s not even busy. Not acceptable. Get more staff!

Good quality products and menu. Great taste. Awesome nutritional information available. But there was a kid that was operating the register . Not polite at all. Was chewing gum with his mouth open, with an attitude and wouldn’t even help the other kid who was backed up making the orders.

Maria the clerk was terrible. I always order my smoothie over the phone and pay when I pick it up. Maria denied me service to do what I usually always do. It didn’t seem fair. Bad bad customer service on Maria’s part.

I left my purse in the place and this nice young employee told me over the phone, he placed in the safety. I went to pick it up 2 days later and the 2 girls told me it would take 10bminutes to open, I left my information fir them to call me and back during the weekend. The same guy told me it was no longer in the safety and did not know who took it.
I am sadden to see how the honest guy tried his bed and eventually my purse was stolen from their own safety.
Thanks God I did not have my wallet nor my cellphone buy it is always a bad experience when they still your valuables

Great service...Maria was wonderful. I had the mango, strawberry and ginger drink. The smoothie was strong, smooth, refreshing, absolutely delicious till the very last drop. The healthy drink gave me a little perk in my step today. The very best drink I have ever had in South Florida. Thanks team :)

Smoothies always great but came a few times and they are not open and it’s like 8:30 just drove 30 minutes to still be thirsty:( They Made everything right by giving me a free smoothie can’t complain at that! Smoothies here hit??

This used to be a good location with good service. Just ordered a Ginger Cayenne Shot with orange and then proceeded to not be served orange.. I politely asked if I could get orange where I was met with a crazy level of defiance. The worker admonished me that I would have to order a seperate orange juice + the ginger cayenne shot on the side and that “the display board must be wrong”

I calmly indicated I didn’t want an orange juice but simply the ginger cayenne orange shot I ordered, as shown on the board.

Resulted in a 5 minute dispute and the employee refusing to simply provide me what I ordered.. really really strange/disappointing. Will never be back.
