Dark and noisy inside. Delightful outdoors. Very poorly ran. Very rude manager and servers seemed fearful of him. Maybe understandable given the extremely bad service. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes for a waiter to take out food order. Not to get our food…it took 70 minutes to get anyone to come to our table.Portions are overpriced and tiny. Like Michelin priced and sized without the Michelin quality or taste.Overall bad vibes and bad food.

Hospitality is best is going to Japanese bocce club. I’ve been around the world with my family. We’ve had Private Chef coming over. We know good food, good hospitality when we see see one. What will the bill come up to? We couldn’t care less. We only care about the Customer Service and obviously a good food. Luckily we got both. I have to give it, a big thank you to Milly Mendoza. She has been incredible from the moment we walked in the vibes started with milly. She’s been smiling, elegant, very sophisticated, and complimented us about our baby, which was so cute! She sat us down with timely manner, and we can’t thank her enough. It’s not just Milly but she started the vibe and the rest was just heaven. The food is incredible. Everybody has to go if you’re not going there you have no idea, what you miss!

This place don't even deserve a star was discriminated even tho the place was almost empty in and we made a reservation inside the hosted was with a bad attitude ,security didn't let me go in but girls could do it and he told me the reason in cause I'm spanish community and is homophobic.I recommend you don't go there you'll waist your money and time.The hotel need to fire the girl she is not nice at all .

Great experience, great customer service. We had pretty much every appetizer and it was very good our server I wish I remembered her name was excellent young girl with dreads oriental background. She made it fun. The food came out. Excellent. The presentation was amazing. The lychee martini was my favorite.

The food: Salad and lobster gyoza were good, but I can't say the same with the sushi. I wish the previous reviews calling it gas station sushi weren't true. Nothing earth shattering and it's not fun when it isn't gas station prices. Service was wonderful both times. The staff in general at the resort restaurants were delightful. Ambience: great if you're seated indoors but we had a few issues outside: first time, a frog jumped out of the bushes onto us and you can imagine the horror scene that ensued. It's also a mosquito-fest so choose inside if you must eat here. The sushi at the beach club patio was more enticing, and worth the $.

Food was great and highly recommend the wagyu sticky rice. Enjoyed sitting at the bar and having the bartender recommend new drinks too.

This is the worst dining experience imaginable. The hostess is cold, pretentious, and unwelcoming. What a terrible choice to represent your business she was. Completely offending every guest with her attitude. Other reviewers here apparently had a similar experience. The food is overpriced and way overrated. This place is an avoid-at-all-costs. Delish food!! Service top notch!!Please, please adhere to your dress code. Seeing a young couple walk in. The woman was in ripped jeans shorts and grey tank top, pure classless. The guy in a white tee and jeans. IF you claim to have a dress code. Then adhere to it!People spend thousands to belong here and lots to be a guest. A certain level of class is accepted.
