Placed order 20 min prior to arriving and employees were standing around doing nothing. I suppose making sandwiches isn’t a priority here. Now I need to wait 20 min.

Great mini tuna subs; helpful, friendly staff. Great using points to obtain a free sub.

My wife & I have Really Enjoyed take out from Jersey Mike’s on Lyons Rd. Boca Raton for the past year. Love the bread / tuna for my wife - ham & turkey for me. We have read SO MUCH abt. Jersey Mike’s from their website.
TODAY - things Drastically Changed.
We were going to try something New. My wife wanted a BLT - but needed to taste a piece of the bacon for the salt concentration.

I was Quickly & Rudely told NO we don’t do that.

I said your running off a customer to which both men behind the counter said that’s the way it is.
Both were Rude & Very Unpleasant. I requested their names & the line manager said do what you have to do. I paid for the piece of bacon - left a tip.

I was ready to purchase 2 large of the Famous Jersey Mike’s subs. I was SO DISAPPOINTED not only in the Experience BUT the Manner I was treated as a CUSTOMER. I said as I left your running off a customer. Their Answer BYE

This store compared to others that I frequent frequently drops the ball. Especially on pick up orders, when I get home the order is wrong and the employees have no explanation or solutions. I live in boca del mar and will be be going to the new JM opening in deerfield this week going forward. Also, they consistently have the "ASAP" pick up time set to 45 min in the app seemingly regardless of the time of day. 45 min to pickup one sandwich at 730pm?

Placed an order on Uber eats. Told me it’d be ready for pickup in thirty minutes. After about an hour of waiting i come in, wait in line as 5 other people are served full sandwiches in front of me, then when they ask what i want, i pointed to my open meal ticket from an hour prior. Took them like 20 minutes to make it from there. Would not recommend ordering from here. Terribly run. Meh foodEdit: you can see the owner commented. My order was completed at 7:27.It’s Uber, mr/ms Jersey mikes owner, when an order comes in and it gives a time it will be ready, i expect it ready. This didn’t happen. There’s no indication that you need to go in and instruct your poorly trained workers to make the sandwich on a ticket. If i wanted to order in store i would have went and ordered in store. I paid in advance, why in the world would i not pick it up? Doesn’t make sense.A smart shop owner can acknowledge their wrongs. A fool tries to discredit. Customers always right is clearly something you were never taught (or your employees) Thanks for showing everyone on google which you are. It bolsters the fact people should stay away from the place, lest they are searching for disappointment.

I don't know what is going on over here, but it's not good. The service is garbage. It was never like this. The girl looked like she wanted to punch me in the face for making her work. The bread was stale, and the sandwich all together was not good. I'm from Jersey, and this was one of my favorites. I'm done. It wasn't just this time, either. It's been bad. I just kept hoping.

This is the cleanest Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to. Staff greeted you as soon as you walked in (rare these days), they were attentive to guests who came to pick up orders, and when guests left they cleaned up the tables right after. The sandwich was great too!

I want someone to get in contact with me about the experience I had today at this location. The bread had mold on it and the young woman who called herself a manager should be fired!

I don’t know who runs this dump but they need to fire these people!! Just walked in. Stood there for 5 minutes and were totally ignored !! Sorry don’t feel like smelling bleach in my sub. Definitely lost our business!! Will never return!

They actually close at 8pm not 9pm. If you try and order past 8pm they will say there is no bread, or that they "cleaned the grill" or some other random excuse. This has been the case for the 3 years I lived next to them.
