The food is always on point. The manager and team are the best. My wife and I order from this location a couple times a week. They have never disappointed. You can tell it is a well ran operation.

Manager Jade is incredibly unprofessional and rude. When she was speaking to me and taking my order, I requested turkey instead of ham on my sandwich. She told me that would be an up charge for additional meat. I did not want additional meat. When I said this she moved on to the next person in line and ignored me. Will not ever return specifically because of her. Take your business to a different jersey mikes.

We ordered on line and when we received our order my wife's #7 was on bread instead of a wrap, and my #13 was missing. When I called and explained what happened and told the person who answered I want it replaced, he hung up on me. I thought subway was bad, this place is way worse. Never again!!!!

Ordered 20 sandwiches for a non profit food pantry. They said the food would be ready at 11:30am. I arrived at 11:30am. The manager said she told the employee not to make them because itās a catering order. She was rude and inconsiderate. I told her that she needs better management skills. She said her skills are amazing and then told me to leave āher storeā. WOW!!!

Please a order for a steak sandwich with drinks and chips the total came up to $15.xxI had a $100 bill the gentleman working the counter said they donāt have change for that and asked me to get change from next door . The places next door did not want to brake a $100 bill so I explained to them I left my cards at home then he tells me if you could not afford it I should not have ordered it ? Itās pretty obvious I could have afford the business did not have change how is this my fault ????? I left hungry and upset how can this man say donāt orser what you canāt afford but not have change to accept my payment ?

Took off 1 star because on my very first visit to this jersey mike, they gave me the wrong sub. I order two philly steak but they gave me one steak and one chicken. I called to let them know, very calmly very nicely and i asked for a refund. They actually gave me a refund for the wrong sub. Very glad that they did that.

Went Friday October 13th around 1:50. Waited a few days to post the review. Needed time to reflect and think a bout the experience before posting a review out of impulse like most do.Absolutely horrible service.From the guy cutting the meat giving us an attitude and making remarks, to the guy dressing the sub just being rude and the girl at the register enabling it.Like person after person after person had a problem making our subā¦. And they casually were talking smack to each other in front of us the, the customer. As good as the sub was the service was bad.Also please clean the bird feces off of your outdoor dining table outside the store in the back. Itās kind of disgusting when you want to enjoy a nice fresh sub thatās not soggy and itās lunch time, but your only option is to sit outside at a table covered in bird poo
