The Arrived at dtore about 835 8:40 PM before they closed at 9. I ordered a number 7, lite mayo & lite lettuce I had to call the store at 9:05 PM the curly haired guy with a septic ring in his nose. Answered the phone, and I asked him why the hell he gave me a sandwich with the bread that’s hard as rock instead of immediately apologizing, he asked my name, as if that was going to help him. He never asked my name in the store. I said it doesn’t matter what my name is. Why would you do that? Why would you give someone a sandwich that’s hard as a rock He had the audacity to tell me that I was very rude. I said how dare you tell me I’m rude. Am I supposed be happy about the fact that I paid $11 for a sandwich only to get home and I can’t even eat it. It’s not edible because it’s hard as a rock! Why would you give someone a sandwich like that? I asked him his name he said “V” I said your mother named you V he said yeah, I asked for the manager he said they were not there I put the sandwich in my fridge & I’m on my way to Jimmy John’s to get a sandwich. I will be talking to the manager of that store tomorrow. Don’t go there the store is crap! He had an attitude when I came in and I guess he thought that was going to be it for the night no more customers because it was so close to closing. can’t wait to talk to the store manager tomorrow, he should be fired! and still I said you still haven’t apologize. He never apologized! He’s not sorry because he did it purposely obviously Don’t eat it at this location. Service sucks!!!!!

The manager at this place always has a sour puss. He makes ordering a little uncomfortable always watching the kids making the sandwich, presumably to make sure they dont add too much of anything. the food is real good though even though pricey for a regular sized sub it's over $10.

Manager Jade is incredibly unprofessional and rude. When she was speaking to me and taking my order, I requested turkey instead of ham on my sandwich. She told me that would be an up charge for additional meat. I did not want additional meat. When I said this she moved on to the next person in line and ignored me. Will not ever return specifically because of her. Take your business to a different jersey mikes.

We ordered on line and when we received our order my wife's #7 was on bread instead of a wrap, and my #13 was missing. When I called and explained what happened and told the person who answered I want it replaced, he hung up on me. I thought subway was bad, this place is way worse. Never again!!!!

Ordered 20 sandwiches for a non profit food pantry. They said the food would be ready at 11:30am. I arrived at 11:30am. The manager said she told the employee not to make them because it’s a catering order. She was rude and inconsiderate. I told her that she needs better management skills. She said her skills are amazing and then told me to leave “her store”. WOW!!!

Please a order for a steak sandwich with drinks and chips the total came up to $15.xxI had a $100 bill the gentleman working the counter said they don’t have change for that and asked me to get change from next door . The places next door did not want to brake a $100 bill so I explained to them I left my cards at home then he tells me if you could not afford it I should not have ordered it ? It’s pretty obvious I could have afford the business did not have change how is this my fault ????? I left hungry and upset how can this man say don’t orser what you can’t afford but not have change to accept my payment ?
