I just recently picked up my food from the app. I ordered two all the finger chips and two sandwiches and I only get one jalapeño chip and I tried to call. No one answers the phone. I’m unhappy customer. I will no longer be coming to your location ever again as the last time I’ll be picking up from the location in 2nd Ave. and 20th St. the last time I’ll be picking up from there. Yes I’m a very unhappy customer. How are you gonna forget chips when it’s listed on the receipt. I want my two dollars back seriously I want my money back if I didn’t get my second bag of chips, so give me my money back. The receipt that was on the order did not match my order that was on the receipt

The worst customer service from the so called area manager. They double charged me due to their credit card machine down after promising that the charge would be reversed. When I showed up at the store to take care of the charges, he refused assistance, walked out and then cussed me out in front of the store. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. DO NOT VISIT this store.

They don’t offer delivery outside of a one mile radius so I had to order an Uber to pick up my food. When it got here half the order was missing and when I called, they said they could only give me a points credit. Very disappointing as I went above and beyond to get this restaurant delivered and they could not complete the order. Bread was very undercooked as well.

Food was good. We enjoyed our sandwiches, unfortunately from our car in front of the shop. We went in and ordered about 8:50 and got our food at 9:04. They close at 11 but we were told we couldn’t eat in the restaurant because they were closing. We said ok and went to the car to eat, we are driving through and can’t eat these while driving. Then as we ate someone came in and ordered food. They never locked the door and the employees walked around the entire time, not closing up. I understand if you were closing and that wouldn’t be a problem. However, it was VERY clear and evident that you weren’t. You had just done all your cleaning so you could leave right on time.

His energy is filling the space in this restaurant the moment you walk into the door to pick up or order your sandwich. I don’t usually write reviews by he deserves it. This man is one of a kind and extremely funny ! I will be coming here more often just to have you make my sandwich Steve. You put a lot of love and positive energy in the food and that’s the type of food I like to eat and business I like to spend my money to.
