I just recently picked up my food from the app. I ordered two all the finger chips and two sandwiches and I only get one jalapeño chip and I tried to call. No one answers the phone. I’m unhappy customer. I will no longer be coming to your location ever again as the last time I’ll be picking up from the location in 2nd Ave. and 20th St. the last time I’ll be picking up from there. Yes I’m a very unhappy customer. How are you gonna forget chips when it’s listed on the receipt. I want my two dollars back seriously I want my money back if I didn’t get my second bag of chips, so give me my money back. The receipt that was on the order did not match my order that was on the receipt

The worst customer service from the so called area manager. They double charged me due to their credit card machine down after promising that the charge would be reversed. When I showed up at the store to take care of the charges, he refused assistance, walked out and then cussed me out in front of the store. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. DO NOT VISIT this store.
Eddy and Javoris were the best ever and they had the quickest service Ive ever experienced in my life. Food was phenomenal give these men a raise immediately!

They don’t offer delivery outside of a one mile radius so I had to order an Uber to pick up my food. When it got here half the order was missing and when I called, they said they could only give me a points credit. Very disappointing as I went above and beyond to get this restaurant delivered and they could not complete the order. Bread was very undercooked as well.
