Been waiting on order for an hour and a half, order never came but they kept saying they were knocking on door and calling. Neither of which happened nor were they apologetic in the least. Very disappointed with performance and customer service.

The nicest location I have visited. The guys working there were super friendly - Phill and Elvis. The cleanest fast food establishment I think I have ever visited. They were cleaning even as I walked in. If I had a business, I would hire these guys to run it.

I've been to a few Jimmy John's in the state of Florida-- this one takes the cake. They are fast at completing orders. Their customer service is also amazing to say the least. My favorite dou after work are Elvis and Ashley. They are kind and attentive. They already know what I'll be ordering and it makes me smile. I love coming here. Keep up the great work!

Jimmy John's is a great place to stop if you want a fast sub on a lunch break. They're unreal quick. Every time I've been there in the time it takes me to pay for my sub, and walk to the receiving window, the sub is already wrapped and waiting for me. They ask if you want it in a bag, and I always say yes, since I take it back to work with me. In and out in less than five minutes. My favorite sub is #7. They deliver as well, which is great if you can't get out to go pick up the food. As yet I have not thought of a single complaint. Decently sized subs. I personally always split it into two meals.

This location is super close to my office, I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes- prob eaten food from this spot at least 50 times. I'm always getting the #16 club lulu with extra tomato- the folks that work here are cool and welcoming. BUTTTT Gotta knock them off 1 star because the last few times the bacon has been realllll chewy and had to take it off the sandwich... So 4 stars, whoever runs this location- please figure out what happened to your bacon guys!

I literally come here almost everyday since its next door to my work. It's friendly , well managed , and clean. Always get a good sub fast and as ordered. Great employees and exceptional manager.

After cutting the sub meat, veggies and cheese, employees place subs on a dirty counter instead of the sub paper. I asked the guy why he didn't put my sub on the paper and he said, " the counter is clean because we use the same rag to clean between every customer." From now on I get my subs from Publix because they immediately put bread on a paper and NOT a dirty counter.
