My first visit to this place was pleasant food was good. I started coming daily and then on the 6th time I was there I was asked to give up my table because they had a large party call in and they needed my table. I never stay long and I was still eating. It was very rude. Never went back.

So sorry to see JJ's close. This place was Great. Finally a REAL deli in Boca. Everything we've tried has been great -- especially the Chicken Soup, Corned Beef, and Breakfast creations. They also had a fantastic "create your own salad" program, with your choice of any or ALL of the many ingredients (about 50!). Covid19 claims another victim. JJ Cafe & Deli -- you will be missed...

I have been a regular at JJ's almost from their opening day. The menu satisfies your appetite for breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes. Excellent service from staff is always top priority. Friendly servers make it a place you look forward to dinning at. Dont be surprised if Gary (the owner) stops by your table to ask if everything is okay and chat a bit. This diner has developed into a reasonable concern here in Delmar. Offering basic breakfast specials and now dinner- working out a standard operation pace in a major job and its on its way in becoming the hometown cafe.

What a pleasant experience! We had a delicious breakfast here, the food was hot & served promptly & reasonably priced. But the best part was the service & attitude of the staff! The hostess greeted us warmly, our waitress was delightful & attentive. Their t-shirts said "Be the reason someone smiles today" and they certainly live up to that motto! Highly recommend, we will be back!

My wife and I are regulars at this wonderful family owned cafe/deli. The service is beyond anything that we have ever experienced. We are greeted as if we were part of the family and it is so nice and comfortable to be treated as such. When it comes to the food, we are always pleased. No need to say anymore, but as a 'regular" of this deli, we will recommend it to everyone and promise them the experience will be wonderful. Just as aside the restaurant is testing being open five nights a week with a very varied menu. Again, they are the best and we continue to say "wonderful food, wonderful service and wonderful family". steve
Hidden gem in Boca Pointe area. Have been there a few times for breakfast which was good--not a huge menu, but consistent in quality. Like to see more variety in bagels etc. ...Finally had a chance to try dinner menu. Nice selection of traditional dishes. Stuff cabbage was simply fantastic-sauce was perfect--portions generous-seemed to be the most popular dish. We also had open face brisket sandwich on rye which was also very good. Side dishes were good--cole slaw a little too wet. Dinner included soup to dessert of the day which was delicious homemade tasting Mandel bread. Overall great value and friendly staff. Must be seated by 7pm for dinner. This should be a keeper.

Our server Susie was friendly, efficient and helpful in making meal suggestions. Excellent hand sliced NOVA and very nice bagel We have eaten many more times since initial review. So happy to discover this gem in w. Boca. I arrived around noon for a late breakfast and ordered a 4 egg omelette w mushroom and spinach w toast, tomatoes (more on those later) and coffee. Everything fresh and high quality - lovely service from my waitress (forget her name, but she, like everyone i encountered @ JJ's was warm and inviting). Food coming out of kitchen looked great - the place is clean and super-friendly, the quality high. I love this place. Only complaint is the aforementioned tomatoes that i got as my side w the omelette - only got two slices - spoke w the owner and he assured me he'd consider adding another slice in the future. The gal making custom salads was adorable as well. Love this place, can't wait to be back in S. Florida to eat here... Highly recommended.

So I have gone their twice now and each time has been really good. Service is great with great prices on good breakfast foods. Might have to get a little crazy and try outside of that, but still brunch in Sundays are good there.
