I come into this location often. I always have a great experience. This time it started off poorly due to service at the beginning. Food was excellent as always, but very disappointing start. And also wasn’t happy with the manager’s response. New trained I’d great and tried to execute but team support would have been greatly appreciated to expedite our service. Several people came after us and got out before us… it was actually awkward. I would appreciate your feedback, Thanks!

I recently ordered JUST SALAD from glades location ! through Uber Eats, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. Each time I order online, it seems like they miss the mark completely. Today, my salad bowl had about 30% less than what you get when you go there in person. It felt like I was being cheated out of my money.
To make matters worse, the avocado in my salad was stained, and they forgot to include the bread. For $40, I expected at least decent portions and quality, but instead, I received two half salads that looked absolutely miserable. This is a total rip-off, and I won't be ordering again. Save your money—it's just not worth it!

Don’t waste your time. I went at opening and stood at the counter totally ignored by staff when no one else was there ordering. I know they were serving because a woman walked out with food .

First time costumer, i wanted to love this place but when i got home i found a bug in my salad!! Absolutely disgusting!! I just hope i didn't eat one.. never eating here again!! Very expensive salad too!
