We visited Kanpai on 6.21.25, and while the food was delicious as always, our experience was marred by the behavior of an employee. Normally, the service is excellent, but on this occasion, the immature attitude and possible influence of substances from the employee made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. This is a place I frequent with my friends and coworkers, and it’s disheartening and disappointing that the behavior of some employees could affect customers’ decisions to return. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into account to review their hiring practices and ensure a safe and professional environment for everyone. Thank you.

I came late night and ordered the chirashi. Big mistake. I was served a plate of randomly chopped raw fish all mixed together on a thin bed of rice. Presentation 0. Texture 3. Taste 4. Kanpai is usually pretty solid but this is the worst chirashi I have ever been served. Do better please.

This was a great experience. We had a great dinner, their happy hour is so fun. Our waiter Viennencia (sp) was fantastic the sushi chef was engaging and very attentive. We had so much food it was hard to say no more. The food was delicious and I recommend this place to everyone. My husband is not a sushi eater but he had plenty of choices.

We did happy hour for my birthday dinner and I had the most amazing experience! I love the conveyor belt with all the different sushi rolls and appetizers! The sushi was so fresh and absolutely delicious!!! My favorite is the bang bang shrimp and also the wagyu dumplings! I give this restaurant a 10/10!!! We love Kanpai and it one of our favorite sushi spots ❤️😍😍😍😍😍

More licentious mastication... WoW !! I had the bulgogi beef and the red light district roll, the meal was amazing. I was looking forward to ramen and was a little disappointed there was no option... The entire staff is warm, friendly, and exceptionally gorgeous! My server, Sabrina gave great friendly service and suggestions! WHEN I return, I will ask for extra onion and scallions with the beef.

Upscale sushi joint, anyone? 😋 They have alot of other Asian cuisine. Bulgogi definitely hit the spot. And the avocado fries were on point, creamy with a crunch.
