Update: it's been a year since my last review and Ke-uH is still one of our favorite places to dine.
Last year's review:
Ready to try an incredible meal? Sushi rolls, crispy rice, sliders, desserts, so many great choices. A fusion of flavors and delicatessen to delight your palate. Highly recommend it!

I never write reviews but this owner or manager whatever she is BEYOND RUDE. Very all over the place in the dining room and I go here around 3 times a week. I called to place an online order and was going to pay when I got there because I was driving and couldn’t reach my card at that moment. She then got a very bad attitude and said “that isn’t going to work” so I said okay never mind and hung up the phone. THEN SHE CALLS ME BACK A HOUR LATER saying she created an order and have a pick up ready for me after she said i couldn’t place one if i didn’t pay over the phone. I said the order was never placed and she goes “ohh great great” and continues rambling over the phone and I just hang up. She is so very rude.

If you’re are not a discerning sushi person, if you don’t mind below average rolls, then you won’t mind this place.
However, the sushi is experience is just bad. The ratio of fish to rice in the rolls was 1:4. They just want to fill you up with rice, and/or they’re skimping on fish portions.
Poor execution. No innovation.
I ordered the salmon skin roll. Got a tiny piece of cooked salmon wrapped flimsily in a wheel of rice. Nowhere on the menu does it state that the fish is cooked btw.
The server kindly replaced it with a raw salmon roll, which was very disappointing, tiny pieces of salmon, thick with rice, and barely holding together.
Go to The Sea on Jog for sushi. Now that’s a great spot for quality, innovative and well executed sushi rolls.
The staff is very friendly and attentive but that doesn’t make up for the awful sushi experience.
Will never ever go back again.

I ordered 3 items. A roll, a crab salad and the tuna pizza. 2 of the 3 had an issue. The tuna pizza had an imperceptible amount of tuna. Largely 4 big chips, covered in sauce and scallions and almost zero tuna. The roll was just the wrong roll altogether. Mine should have had seared tuna on top and different ingredients. This had no tuna on top and a strong citrus flavor, which I simply would never order.
We live in times where prices are climbing and any decent business would be wise to not entirely screw up orders. People and their money will walk. Make an effort. Make it at least look like it wasn’t slapped together. At minimum, give the customer what they paid for and care enough to get a basic 3 item order right. If I lived closer, I would have returned it, but that’s not the case.
There are a ton of sushi places. Many closer to my house. I go out of my way to be a patron of Ke-uH, and that’s seriously in question. The place was 95% empty when I got there, so “very busy”, though not an excuse, it certainly wasn’t this time. By all appearances they just don’t really care and now that’s a 2 way street.

We came in just before closing. Rather than rushing us to order we were welcomed and well taken care of. Our server Fernando couldn't have been more accommodating or hospitable. Honestly he really impressed me. We're from NY and food rarely meets our expectations but we were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed our meal. Sushi was fresh, and we're looking forward to trying the omakase. Honestly Boca has some great restaurants and this is definitely one of them. We'll be back.

Brenda was our server tonight, and she was the absolute best. We were eating late and exhausted, and she was so enjoyable to order, speak with, and check on us. It was our first time here and we will be back again!!

How did I not know about this place?! Ke-uH is an incredible Asian-Latin fusion restaurant tucked right on Town Center Road, and it instantly shot up to one of my new favorites.
From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped into a Japanese garden. The feng shui design, the clean lines, and the calming atmosphere put you at ease right away. You’re welcomed warmly and seated quickly (tip of the day: make a reservation—this spot is popular for a reason).
We wanted to try as much as possible, so we leaned on our server for recommendations—and away we went. First up: hot green tea, fried pork gyoza, and edamame from the happy hour menu. The gyoza was perfect—crispy edges, steamy goodness inside, and the ponzu dipping sauce was the cherry on top. The edamame was fresh, perfectly salted, and the ideal warm-up.
Next came the honey almond shrimp. Yes, you read that right—honey almond shrimp. Sweet, crunchy, savory perfection. They even offer this in roll form, which I’ll definitely be back for. We devoured every piece and practically arm-wrestled for the last one. Then the chef sent over tuna ceviche tacos—lemony, fresh, with avocado and greens but with tuna as the clear star. I literally did a happy dance at the table after the first bite.
Now, full honesty: the chicken fried rice was the one miss of the night. The texture was good and the chicken was cooked well, but it was bland and dry. We had to drown it in soy sauce to make it work. It’s not bad, but it needs some flavor love.
And then came the highlight—the roll that changed everything. It combined their lean salad with tuna, wrapped in soy paper with cucumber. Oh. My. Stars. This was like a ceviche roll—bright, citrusy, fresh, and absolutely addictive. Hands-down the star of the night.
Our server gave great recommendations, though the check-ins could’ve been a little more frequent. Still, service was friendly and helpful overall.
Bottom line: Ke-uH is an Asian-Latin fusion done right—creative, delicious, beautiful dishes that impress both the eyes and the taste buds. Between the honey almond shrimp, the ceviche tacos, and that unforgettable roll, this is a must-visit. We’ll 100% be back (probably soon).
