A restaurant run by Brazilians for Brazilians. 95% of the clientele is Brazilian and 100% of the staff is Brazilian. They bring you the bill with an 18% fixed tip, and even suggest for extra tip. Small portions, you have to ask several times. The atmosphere is good, the service is also good, but the tip should be optional, not mandatory.

Went to Port St Lucie location with a Valentines reservation for 5pm. Atmosphere is great. Service not so much and tuna is dyed. Made a 5pm reservation to get ahead of the valentines crowd. Service was slow to start but appetizers started coming. Once more people showed up it was like we were forgotten about. Miso soup was forgotten and requested for a 2nd time. One table had sashimi with smoke from dried ice so we ordered that. They brought us plain sashimi on a plate. Then they never brought my chef’s roll; sat for about a half hour waiting watching everyone else around us get served. 1st offer to refill my water came 1hr into service. If you want a trendy experience this is for you. If you want quality service and truly fresh, non-dyed hand picked tuna, Goma is your place. Sad. This looked like a great option for Valentines Day. And for that, they automatically put on an 18% gratuity. I too greater than that usually but once again this leaves an unearned tip is just that. Unearned.

Not impressed. Quality was Ok at best. Thought it would be better quality since it was by the Ocean. I’m from the desert SW and we get better quality sushi there.
